Hello, all!
After stumbling upon this forum last night, I have decided that I will begin my quest for the oft-mentioned lucid dream. I have always been fascinated by dreams, and have occasionally felt that I could "control" them, but I had no idea people had mastered the art!
My main problem, though, is that nowadays I don't even feel like I dream 90% of the time. As soon as I fall asleep, I wake up. At least, that's what it feels like. I hardly ever get immersed in dreams like I used to, anymore. If I could just start feeling and remembering them again, maybe I could remember to pinch my nose. :cheeky:
Nevertheless, I hope I can change my LD count before summer ends. Wish me luck!

Keep a Dream Journal!
Write down any detail you remember at all. A piece, a person, place or object. A situation, or sensation. Something you heard saw or smelt, or just what the atmosphere of a scene was like. Anything at all! Write it down! Your recall will improve in no time.
