any quick advice?
i went to bed at 00:00 but 5 hours later i still couldn't sleep because it is too warm and i woke up at 14:30 yesterday.
today (yesterday actually) i excessively reminded myself about reality checks and i was really hoping to do a lucid dream tonight :(
i still want to do it. is there any advice on what i should do best now? i dont have to work or anything so i can stay in bed for as long as i want. its 05:25 in the morning here now
EDIT: i was thinking, maybe i should just not sleep today, and when i go to sleep tomorrow, i will be very tired and then i might succeed a WILD?

I find when I'm more sleepy I'm less likely to become lucid, regardless of what technique I use. That may just be me though. Maybe you should try it out and see what happens: find out what works best for you.
