For over 2 months now, I have been doing everything required for the DILD. I keep a DJ, I stay aware, I RC, I question myself of my whereabouts ect ect. I have tried every technique for improving dream recall, but mine dream recall is getting worse. Now days im lucky to remember a fragment of even one dream. I have tried DEILDs and WBTB-WILDS. I AM MAKING NO PROGRESS, IM LOSING IT. I just dont know what else I can be doing.
Any help or advice?

I have taken breaks and slowed down and stuff, didnt really change any thing.
When you do reality checks don't just go through the motions. That doesn't help at all. Realize what you are doing, why you are doing it, and what is going on around you. You can't just cruise through the motions and hope for the best results.

I would say to just chill on the induction techniques for a while, don't do any reality checks (unless they happen naturally) and don't try to "stay aware." Just focus on recording your dreams in great detail for a month or so and see if you can get to a point where you have long and deeply detailed dream memories that you record on a daily basis. Also, don't just write in your dream journal, but read it too, and see if you can start to get a sense or a feel for what its like to be dreaming. None of this should be forced, do it because you want to do it, not because you're trying to get some great lucid dream experience out of all this work. If you take this approach I could almost guarantee you'll start to have lucid dreams naturally within a couple of months.
