Question
Ok, so how awake should I be while trying to WILD? And if I'm too awake, does that prevent me from getting sleep paralysis? Ugh I hate this lol.... Whatever I do I can't even pass the simplest step out of all, paralysis. Any answers are appreciated, ty.

It's different for everyone, see what works for you. If you're too awake your body might not fall asleep , if you're too sleepy you might fall asleep completely.

Just to let you know, achieveing sleep paralysis is the hardest step in a WILD, not the easiest.
If you're starting to learn, you should be trying WILDs in the afternoon during a nap. Wake up a bit earlier that day so you feel kind of drained when you get up. After a couple hours your mind shouldn't be groggy anymore but you're body will still be tired. Try the WILD then.
The key is to have a sharp mind and a tired body.
