Weird cat sound...

So I'm getting to the point where I'm about to explode, because I haven't sleep paralysis...in two weeks. Anways, like 5:20 in the morning.. I begin to just daydream and wild at the same time... The daydream suddenly ends, though, when I hear a noise that sounds almost like a cats meow.... Right beside my ear. I don't know if you guys have seen the grudge movie, but it reminded me if it, and I started freaking out. I heard it a second time, and I nearly jumped through the ceiling I was so frightened lol. I don't have any pets at all... I'm thinking it was the daydream... But it had nothing to do with animals... So idk :p

During a WILD its not uncommon to hallucinate voices / sounds. People report hearing voices and people talking in their room even though no one is there. This just means you're body is getting closer to going into SP.
