      Question Heart races during SP

      I'm not sure if this is typical, but when I try to enter sleep paralysis my heart starts racing and I get this really bad twitch. Not only that, but it also starts to get unbearably hot even without any covers on me. I've tried relaxing but it doesn't seem to work.

      Yeah man SP can be pretty intense lol.. When it happens to me I have a hard time swallowing and my heart also races.. Since I learned to use SP as an oppurtunity to LD I can calm down by telling myself Ill be in a LD soon.. I close my eyes .. lay there as still and calm as possible and keep telling myself Im about to be dreaming (to avoid a false awakening or non lucid dream) then it feels like I like sink through my bed and fall into my dream.. Really cool feeling
