Hello Dream Views! I would like to proudly announce, that today-August 12th, 2010-is the six-month anniversary of ME becoming a DV veteran. I would like to thank the staff and other members for everything they've done. You guys mean a lot to me. And after six long months of DV, my current lucid dream count is 42. Which means I have an average of seven lucid dreams a month now. Thanks you guys! Comment on this post to join the celebration! |

I'm sorry but 6 months doesn't make you a veteran. . . |
|
This shit never happens to me
Thanks DV for letting me stay here for 3 years. |
|
Why do we need a thread about this? And 6 months doesn't really make you a veteran. I don't even consider myself a veteran, really |
|
Is it just me, or have we been getting a lot of noobs with less than 200 posts thinking they're important lately? |
|
I'm super important, my mom told me... |
|
DILD = 4 DEILD = 1 FILD = 1
Basic TOTM = 1 Advanced TOTM = 0
Dreams Recalled since joining = 57

Have a LD [X] Have a really clear LD [ ] Fly [ ] Fly into a black-hole [ ] See the big bang [ ] See God create light [ ] Be in an episode of Big Bang Theory [ ]
Congrats on the 6 months. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

If you weren't thanked in this post, that means I find you insulting. By the way, if you join ANYTHING, you're already a vet. Yes, I agree this isn't an important thread, but that doesn't mean we go calling people noobs and insulting them. I just wanted to clarify my six months. |

First teal to post in this thread, grovel beneath me underlings. |
|
I would like to extend a grats on your having an average of 7 LD's/month after only being here for 6 months. That truly is something worth congratulating It took me almost a year to raise my average that high (meaning... as of June was when I started getting those numbers!). |
|
Yeah, that's a really cheap shot. Who cares how many posts someone has? Maybe some of the people on this forum have less time to post than you do. You were a newbie once, what was going through your head? "I have under 200 posts, I'm so not important. Pfft, how will I go on?" |
|
Yea, it's an unfortunate thing, but it's true. |

I think the most irritating thread of this nature was one made by one guy who had been here for like two months with less than thirty posts who had only been gone for 1-4 weeks. |
