Just found so much lego, it's not even funny.

I had this phase when I was eight or nine, where I'd build castles and stuff with those lego dragons and all. We bought at least twenty pounds of castle pieces, dragons, little knights and wizards, and stuff. Apparently we kept everything, because I just found it all! xD

I'm selling it obviously, because I haven't touched it in years. Anyone else find cool stuff around their house recently?

Wooow... twenty pounds?! You must've been a major addict!

How much is it all worth?

I was a lego freak actually, and I was recently rummaging through some of my old bits and pieces... I made some really neat stuff as a kid. Like this security lock thing... and a gearbox. :V

Why would you build castles? I was more like Xei, I liked building stuff that did something. I don't think I've had more fun with Lego than when I was 5 years and in Canada, and a friend of my dads had a kid with loads of the newest Lego with electrical components and everything.

I've probably got at least $900 worth. There's a huge garbage bag full of it. xD''

I'm not much for electronics and electrical parts, they don't interest me.

I was always jealous of all the cool electric parts, and the hydraulic stuff...

Top tip: if you ever have a kid, buy them £200 of lego if they want it.

It'll probably do more for them than paying £20,000 a year for public school.

      Lego ROCKS!

I used to love building stuff, when I was really young.. It's so weird that something so simple could be so much fun,

I never made up stuff. I built what was in the box. At my day care I did build some smaller things. I stole them for my own, lol

That just back a very old, vivid memory... the only thing I ever stole was a big K'nex cog from primary school 'cos I only had one and I wanted to see two 'cog together'. It was worth about 2p probably but I always felt terrible and paranoid about it.

We always say Legos in my family. I never had twenty pounds of them, but I put in many an hour building robots and spacecraft and mech suits and post-apocalyptic whatnot. I usually get my nephew Star Wars Legos for his birthday and Xmas.

I'm fifteen and still use Lego. Last month I made a full size Barrett 50 cal with removable cartridge. I felt badass
Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you.

These kind of things to play with makes kids so much smarter than the games we have now. i.e Video games.
      Lego demands creativity and intelligence.

Used to love Lego. One of the best, if not, THE best things you can buy for a kid. Used to really get my imagination going. The sets are pretty expensive now, though.

I was more like Puffin. I built houses and the occasional car or plane.

They are way too expensive now. Especially the electronic ones. Which are pretty much a waste of time anyway.
I bought one once for $200 and it didn't even fucking work. It's just dumb. You were supposed to be able to control it with your computer and program it and everything.
It's like seeing your favourite kids show get necroed and made in to a PC mainstream piece of shit.

Fss I remember being a kid and seeing this rack in the toy's store full of lego boxes ranging from small to big and the biggest really up high and expensive as shit. And me wanting but not getting.

I was too busy supporting my family when I was a kid to be playing with 'lego'.

You speak like you are from the north of Belgium in the 1800's where children started working at the age of 5 because otherwise there wasn't enough money to buy like 1/4 of a bread

Legos are cool, but not as cool as LINCOLN LOGSSSSS (they make the mini forts for army soldiers)

I used to hate having to pull the flat lego pieces off of each other.

How is it "lego" but "a bread?" Do you also purchase granoli from the gypsy?
