Inducing Tingles

I have been playing around with the tingles that you get when listening to moving music, or watching a moving scene from a movie, and so on. I have found that I can bring these about my imagining their existence. What I enjoy is making them linger for a few minutes, instead of the usual couple seconds.

Has anyone else tried this?

Hmm.... that would be cool if I could summon heavy cold waves washing over my brain, or tingly blue gel trickling up my spine... I used to get that watching Return of the King.

I heard its like a spiritual orgasm. You get it from head to toe in that order.
I get this alot. I saw Narnia a couple days ago and everytime I saw the lion I got it like crazy, and then at the end of the movie you find out he represents god.
I also got it like crazy watching the preview for that green hornet movie when he sees the alien that crashed, that gives him that ring.

Very nice, very very nice my friend. This is a hard thing to accomplish for many. I found that i could do this when i was in my teens. I attribute it to focusing my sub conscience on whatever i'm thinking of or attempting. Like aligning my chakras and focusing all of them at once. It's a full body wash for me that literally starts from the highest point on my head and washes over me all the way down to my toes with a *SNAP* as it ends. I use it for many things that i'll not delve into at the moment but congrats!

This is the kundalini energy. Try summoning the tingle as you tighten your perineum while exhaling and have the tingle go up your spine. This is the first part of the kundalini. It is just s trickle. Keep practicing.

I get this sometimes, but in my case it's because I have Asperger's. No, seriously. I was hypersensitive in some senses (sound and touch), and certain sounds and textures used to give me the shivers. Still do, sometimes. I used to hate it as a kid but I kinda like it now. Can't really induce it though.
