You're not the only one! I'm doing the same thing right now. Every few months I go through one of these fits. But maybe it's because I'm sitting in my online classroom right now or maybe it's because dream views of so awesome! Either way it's going to make me have tons of lucid dreams!
I get these spurts sometimes. Just make yourself too busy to do anything on DV for a few days to kill the habit, methinks. That's what I do.
I have a bit of an addictive personality. Whenever I quit smoking weed I have to fill the gap with dreamviews or practicing guitar scales. Right now dreamviews is winning, but guitar is making a comeback.
I have obsessions that come and go.
Every last addiction of mine has never been left behind, it comes back in some way.
As far as dream views, I consider myself addicted. It's about something I love - dreaming!
I don't know what about it makes it addictive, I just know it is. Although, studying something isn't really a bad addiction, because you are learning through your expierence on DV if you know where to look.
Hm... I'm thinking about getting more involved in the site to help me quit smoking weed. Maybe it's worth a try. I love getting high and stuff, but there's a point where it just isn't very much fun anymore. Quitting also helps you dream more, so that's a plus.
You both will get older and you'll start noticing DV's wrinkles, graying hair.. and sagging brea.. er.. hyper links. Some hot young new site will come along that will make you do a double take. Then you'll kiss DV goodbye and knock that new site up.. with many new posts.
HAH so that;s why you retired.
