      Contact Staff

      Hey guys iv been practising contact staff (fire staff) for about 3 months now. Heres a video I made yesterday, tell me what you think!

      Haha im so lost!! Do you mean send him a private message to find out what hes on about?

      And contact is the style I prefer. The more common staff style is spinning which im sure most people are familiar with, you know spinning it infront of you all fast and stuff. Contact is when the staff is in contact with your body, rolling across and down your arms and stuff.

      Also, "staff" is the word we use around here when referring to the administrators, moderators and dream guides of the forum, hence the confusion.

      OMG! Haha thanks invader I get it now hahaha! Oh cool man do you play with the staff also? Iv been going for about 3 months now, really want to learn some more spinning though so I can do spinning and contact, just learnt a few more moves since that video too!
