hey while on facebook today i came to this realization. wtf is going on here like literally facebook is becoming a place where you hangout and do things with your friends and with the way things are advancing its not gona be long before its a honest to god virtual life where you can walk around and talk to people and what not. people are losing more track of what the earth actually is its not facebook lol |

I don't have facebook. I have noticed it's been getting increasingly popular. My college even has it now, with facebook updates. And other sites, companies. It seems in some ways it's taking the place of email. Instead of alerting you about something through email, they alert you through facebook. I've only seen that a bit, not a lot, but it makes me fear that eventually having a facebook account will be as required as having an email address. I doubt it though, since it's too 'social' of a website and it's understood you don't want your work or school or something seeing personal images and w/e. Sorry for the writing/wandering, I'm really tired. |
