Y.A.R.N. was a clever little game from the gamespy arcade lounge, which tasked you and your friends to create interesting, gripping, but mostly hilarious stories. The game would begin with a phrase chosen by the person who started the game. (The default "It was a dark and stormy night" was my favorite.) The players would engage of rounds of timed sentence writing.

After the sentences were submitted, players would then read all the choices and choose the best... (you couldn't pick your own obviously) Players would receive points based on the number of votes awarded to their sentence and the highest scoring sentence would be added to the story shown in the middle of the screen.

This would go on until the set number of rounds had been reached. Thus leaving the players with an amazing original and hilarious story that they and their friends all helped create.

I loved this game so much and it should be obvious why... but unfortunately, after reinstalling gamespy recently just to play a few rounds, it was mysteriously missing... Internet searches haven't shed any light as to the games whereabouts...

Does anyone know what happened and if I can find a place to play it online?
