Fucking lol'd, didn't expect that to happen at the end. xD It might have been planned though since everyone came in one steady stream with almost no breaks in between. Or maybe I'm over-thinking it.
That is funny. But from GavinGill's comment I expected something really funny to happen at the end, and what did disappointed me.
If I saw that I'd probably have a more drastic reaction than any of them. I'd scream, for one, and probably run away like crazy. I wouldn't stop after a second and realize it wasn't a ghost. I'd just be petrified.

At least here in SouthEast Asia most people believe in ghosts and most people believe to have seen them on several occasions.

On a related note - I don't think it's actually about believing in ghosts, rather than being caught off guard with an imagery that your mind automatically relates to something scary out of popular culture. I remember a prank from jackass with a werewolf mask to freaked people out, yet that doesn't mean that in America everyone believes in werewolfs. Maybe people in this particular country are just a bit more jumpy.
