My boyfriend has a concussion from sparring with his friend. Spent a couple of hours with him at the hospital this morning. When we got home he was taking apart stuff in the living room. Then he got up and said he needed to go to work but, I told him that he had a day off and that he had a concussion. Then he decided to take a floor fan out of a box and started to put it together, while he rambled on how that I was a girl that he just met and he wanted to go out with me. So, that was my day...

I had a dream, last night, that I was working at some "Staples", Spellbee2 appeared along with a dream character named Dave. You looked like you did in the pictures that you posted a while back. This Dave DC looked like someone I went to school with.
I recall that you guys were looking for folders and a tape recorder? Are you looking for a tape recorder?
Spellbee, I don't know if it was you in real life that has said, that you use a tape recorder to record your dreams? I remember in the dream that you kept calling me Taskmaster, for some reason, in a not so settle mocking way. At the end yes, you found what you were looking for.
Perhaps, I'm really the one who is looking for a tape recorder. It is a good Idea.

I've never really used a tape recorder for my dreams, but I have used one for long trips in the RV. Hubby would always go to the back and sleep nearly the whole trip lol. I would create songs during the drive. First, I'd get a melody in my head, so I'd hum it into the recorder, Then the lyrics would come.
It's a good idea for dreams! You can usually find them at Walmart for something like $20. on the low end.

Rant: Same old, same old! So, my side is still tender. I don't have a bruise there anymore but, I still have to sit in a way so my side doesn't hurt. I don't feel super. :(

First of all, I'm drunk. Then I chased a stupid squirrel around our house. Not sure why it was in my house. I completed all the tasks of the month and one task of the year.

I’ve been spending way too much time at the typology site and researching the different areas of study.
I’ve been having way too many headaches, but other than that, everything is fairly quiet.

Know what i'm beginning to realize? That everything i am and everything i do means nothing anymore. None of it matters. Its all meaningless. Deep down i know this regardless of how much importance i attach to things. I have no real friends, no relationships. And the older i get the more of an outcast i feel everywhere i go. I'm all alone in the world. What difference does it make whether i live or die? This was a depressing thought that dawned on me but little by little its becoming more a liberating feeling. Sometimes what seems depressing is really a blessing.
You may be all alone in the world, but at least you're in good company; there are tens of millions out there in that same predicament. I started out in life feeling somewhat different from most everybody. Nowadays I feel enormously different from most everybody. That's ok, I don't mind! It makes me feel alive, it makes me feel that I am me.Quote:

I sort of understand what you're saying though.
Even though we do impact of the lives of everyone we come in contact with (in ways both known and unknown), we're ultimately just specks of sand in a grand, chaotic, beautiful yet violent and lonely system.
We just have to "keep on keeping on"; etching out what pleasure and happiness we can.
My rant is that I had to cull another sick kitten. It's sibling isn't far behind. Mew lost all of her babies this time. This illness is fierce. Even the older cats have been effected this time around. Perhaps the virus has mutated further.
Part of me hopes it kills all of the cats. Just one fell swoop like the Spanish Flu.
But that's mean and heartless; so I take back the thought every time it pops into mu head.
Another rant is this migraine I woke up with. I thought it was from just sleeping wonky and straining my neck. Those headaches work themselves out after an hour tops. This one has gotten worse.
YET, I'm hopeful that the migraine meds PLUS Tylenol may finally be taming it.
This account became 4 on the first of April. I have a sore throat... What else is new. *deadpan* My rib still hurts right at that same spot on my left side. Oh yeah, I didn't sleep very well last but, when I did sleep, I had a dream about something about what 9sk said and something he posted the other day on IRC... literally inflated like this picture and floated up the stairs. Rant: Before this, on Instagram, there was an imposter who was pretending to be a Celeb. He was so far as to make 35k followers. Then when he was caught, he made an Alt account. If he was the real deal and was trying to get a verified check, he can not have a second account on Instagram. No matter how famous you are. When Instagram demands an account be “unique” what it really means is that it intends to only approve one account per business or individual except in cases of “language-specific accounts.” Instagram reminds users that it “[doesn’t] verify general interest accounts.
Plus it appears that he is using fake follower apps and he is making fake accounts for his users.
How many @Eggs followers can you have?
Also, the other day, I was on the Official Stan Lee account, there was a user that was selling verified badges but, that bot or whatever was set to private. Private accounts can’t get verified, plain and simple. I wouldn't be surprised if this user would try to buy a verified badge for either one of them.

I did finally get over a c. 10 day severe cold though. That was so rough, I was almost certain it was actually the flu :chuckle:
Rants: I still have to deal with an ongoing situation with the impostor person. I'm not surprised, though. Yes, I've actually had to deal with this kind of troll behavior before. Still, it's not always easy to deal with it. I wouldn't be surprised if he tried to do other stuff to people's accounts. The celeb he is pretending to be is someone who doesn't have social media accounts and who has made it clear that he has really no interest to start.
The rant continues, Some kids decided to throw stuff at peoples cars and smashed the window of my car.
Rave: My niece's birthday is coming up and so is the anniversary of her friend's death. Her friends were hit by a car back in 2013, the day before her birthday. My niece's friend Lilly dead and her other friend, Allyssa shattered her pelvic bone and back then we didn't know if she was going to walk again... Now, Allyssa is doing things like skydiving and hang-gliding. She has come a long way from that year. ;)
