Wow, IC! Glad everyone is okay.
I love storms, but lightening scares me. It was always drilled into my brain, when growing up: Never take a bath or shower during a storm and never use the phone either. And then, some 17 people died on a nearby beach in my late teens. Only 1-3 were directly hit. The rest were just in the radius.
So, while I love them, I try not to be out in them... and if I am, I flinch every time I see lightening lol

Rant: My one "arthritic" finger is swollen today. I can't pop it all. Other than that, it's not really bothering me though.

Meh: After seeing the price tags on dehumidifiers, I went with a humidity detector first. Hubby couldn't believe I'd have a problem with my overpowered window AC which acts, in part, as a dehumidifier. We didn't know if I really just need an air purifier.
Well.... the humidity in my tiny room got up to 76% last night (when the AC was BLASTING). It tends to hover around 63-68% though, but those are too high. No wonder I have problems will dust mites and mildew odors!!!

Humor: I woke at some point. It was like 6AM or so. I reached under my bed for my iPad and ecig. I tried the ecig first. It didn't want to fire. Grrrr. I know the cold from the AC tends to drain the batteries faster, so I took them out and laid on them, sort of dozed off for a few minutes. Stuck them back in and the batteries weren't as full as they should've been (they were fresh right before bed), but functional.

Then I tried turning on my iPad. The low battery icon and "plug it in" icon flashed. WTH! It WAS plugged in. I double checked the cords and all seemed well.
Then I removed it from the case and it was ice cold. Seriously?
So I set it on my legs awhile, dozed, came to and the battery was still dead. Then I laid it against my chest for just a couple minutes (my core runs ridiculously hot), and after a few minutes, tried again.

Whatever. I peeked over at my AC and it read 55. Okay... maybe I went a little overboard with the cold last night.

When I finally got out of bed and checked my humidity (and temp) gauge at my desk, it says the lowest the temp ever got was 66. 66 should not have killed my batteries so completely. I'll move the gauge to my bed tonight to see if there's much fluctuation.

Rave: I got my shopping, mostly done, last night. I picked up the recommended coconut oil. Sure enough, fleas HATE the stuff. But at $6. a pop, I'm going to spend a small fortune in the stuff. You're supposed to slather it on the animals 1-2 times a day.
It would be more wise to go to the Vet and just get the pills... but that's more money up front. Coconut oil, it is then. As long as it works.

I also picked up some catnip, which is supposed to act as a repellent. It doesn't seem to do much at all.

I’m back in bed. Ive had no caffeine pills for 2 or 3 days (I still consume caffeine in my sodas though, so this isn’t withdrawal). I guess I’ll be eating something different for a while

Rave: I slept fairly well last night for a change.

Rant: I smell burning electronics. I'm fearful that another outlet may be dying. The ones I've checked (as well as feeling the walls for warmth) all seem to be okay though. Maybe it's just my AC, which *could* be burning off its "new smell" still. I hope that's all it is.

Meh: I have to get dressed and leave to get my allergy shot in 15 minutes. It's a good excuse to fill my 50 gallon drum though. I haven't had my large Coke all week.... I also have to pay the girls car payment while I'm out.
I'm not ready to face the day though...

I snapped awake 1 minute later, laughed my butt off, corrected the time and added "rofl!!! I just wrote that in my sleep!) Going to sleep."

Rant-ish: But that brings me back to my old annoyance and curiosity of how the heck the above it possible. I've NOT been sleep deprived. In fact, I've been excessively sleepy and over-sleeping lately (finally figured out that's probably because my period is due soon). It's not natural to fall asleep and into dreams within ONE MINUTE!!! Never mind writing in ones sleep

And it was actually coherent which is all the more amazing. Usually, when I've written in my sleep it's jibberish and the writing goes from normal to chicken scratch in no time flat.

I do not know what is going on.*

I have recently been showing some strange behavior, but it is always while I am asleep. This morning, I woke up to a strange and sloppy message I wrote Apparently while I was asleep on my bulletin board.

This is not the first time I have written things while I was asleep.

I used to keep a journal by my bed, and they're are things that I've written without even being awake.

I thought I had grown out of my "sleep writing" situation, but just this morning, I found something I had written, apparently, and I was so surprised that I wanted to know if there was anyone else who has had this problem, or at least, what could be the cause for these weird writings.

I am exactly the same. I've fallen asleep doing homework several times and written sentences that make no sense in the slightest. The sentences string together correctly but do not have anything to do with what I'm writing about for homework. It has happened to me in class too at school. Fell asleep whilst teacher was talking and we were all writing notes. Mine had random sqiggles of sentences not relevant to the work at different intervals. I'm glad i've found someone similar to me. Maybe we're just too cool*

I REALLY love that poetry!
I didn't realize it was a type of "sleepwalking". I've done it since I was a kid, which is why I just laugh at myself and call it "auto-pilot".
My ex-hubby used to always insist on back massages before sleeping. I was a doormat and puppy-dog eager-to-please type, so I would give them, no matter how exhausted I was. I became a pro at sleep messages too

What confused me this last time, though, is that such episodes are usually (for me anyhow) connected to sleep deprivation. But I've had an over-abundance of sleep. I don't know. Isn't traditional sleep walking much more common if the person is sleep deprived? That's not to say, though, that it doesn't happen other times too.

Rant: I'm stressed about something but have no idea what it is lol. I keep having tornado dreams and dreams of getting lost while driving. I tend to have those before a big trip. I swear to God, though, if I'm stressing about the trip I'M TAKING IN NOVEMBER, for crying out loud, I think I'll just go cover myself up in a hole somewhere.
There's just no excuse for that level of subconscious stressing. None.

I have no other stresses in life, though I have had more aches and pains than usual. I'm actually seriously considering being broke this week so I can buy some CBD oil from the vape store. The aches in my upper neck, upper back and these headaches are pushing me to the brink.

Rant: My room is very sour.

Everything is quiet and fine otherwise. Hope everyone is enjoying the day.

I'm annoyed for a selfish reason. And I don't understand why people don't talk more.
I've had headaches all my life. I never really talked about it though. I just thought it was one of those things. Now that they're getting worse, I'm asking questions.
Turns out, my grandmother had migraines. I'm still talking to my mom, via FB, but it's been said that Grams would get them several times a week. I'm still trying to get more specifics.

But more possibilities for me: 1) My heavy e-cig lanyard. I also always have a pain in my neck. It's always been there, but like the headaches, it too has been getting worse. The lanyard hangs low, though, and my neck ache is as high up as it can possibly go. I've not been wearing it (except for short jaunts out in town) and it seems not to have made any difference yet.
2) That tumble I took from the tree. It seems a lot of thing started getting worse after that point. But I landed on my back. I could have whiplashed my neck though.
3) Worsening TMJ. This one seems the most likely. I was popping my jaw so much last night, that I actually got a short lived earache.

Which is even more annoying because my CPAP, of all things, seems to have made my TMJ worse. (Which itself makes NO sense because I wear a nose pillow, not a full face mask).

I am sick to death of Dr's. They just want to send you to specialists, who do more tests, who find nothing specific, so they want to send you to more specialists for more tests and it's an endless, money-sucking process that seems to get nowhere.

I have also read too many mixed reviews of CMD. I went to buy some last night, but the girl working couldn't sell it because she's not 21

I have to go back on Wednesday when her parents are working. But do I really want to waste my money on a crap-shoot?
Someone close to me offered to bring me some Pot the next time she comes to visit... but Pot always triggered my vertigo which..................
But then what if it actually works? She lives out of State, it's not legal in my neck of woods.
GAH!

Oh well. It is what it is.

Huh... seems the nose pillow is one of the worse choices for TMJ. http://www.cpapclinic.ca/cpap-sleep-...-investigates/ Now I need to get ahold of the sleep lab to see if I can try on and swap out for something different.

Headache struck like clockwork.
I went out and bought my CBD. 250mg 30 ml bottle for something like $43. It was on sale

I also bought a cheeseburger and 50 "gallon drum" of Coke.

The headache has receded greatly, but I'm a tad nauseous and EXTREMELY sleepy (which in and of itself is no great surprise lately and I can't really say exactly what's to blame).
I am feeling cautiously hopeful.
BUT, I also know my track record. I go into new things, expecting it to suck. It goes amazingly well instead... for less than a month, then it sucks

So, it either takes my brain a month to realize and accept something is just a placebo OR the something just stops working.
We'll see. I'm just thankful for the break, placebo or not.

Meh: It occurred to me, earlier, just how many ways there are to describe pain. My left ovary was killing me. But was it *really*. I thought about "pain" and realized it's just extreme tenderness. I amnot used to period cramps though. It's been a new development these last few months (previously,my lower back would kill me).
And then I started thinking about "referred pain" (or is it deferred pain?). The side of my large left toe has some of the typical signs of gout: Swelling and redness along the outer large knuckle. But I can poke, prod, and thump it and it doesn't hurt one bit. The joint beneath it toenail is the one that kills me and cramps and needs to be popped all the time.
Makes no sense to me lol

Meh/Rant: I have a glass club meeting to go to tonight. I cannot get out of it. We've skipped the last 3 meetings and hubby wont go without me

Other than all that, it's a fairly good, relaxing day.

Hello friends, for some reason my ISP seems to be preventing me from accessing dreamviews. I thought the site was just down but after days of me being unable to access it I began trouble shooting and realised I could reach the website with a different connection. Anyway! Good news, I passed my motorcycle test and am now licensed. I would have liked to make a more in depth post but because of what I mentioned earlier I’m currently posting on my phone which makes things a bit awkward. So just checking in for now. I started out as the star but I think the lead role became split between three of us in the dream.

Rave: Just finished spending 2 days visiting with my youngest daughter. It was almost total chaos but very nice regardless.

Rant: My puppy is friggin insane. My daughter brought her rescue pit mix with her. I didn't know she was bringing him. I walked the pup outside to meet her and he went after her dog.
Her dog was completely stressed after that. She had only had the poor guy for 2 days before she came here (4 hour drive)... plus he had recently been neutered and is still sore. Her dog is 5 years old and he was such a good boy.
I banished my monster to the bathroom part time and outside on his tie-down for the rest.

Meh: I am exhausted lol. Between talking more in 2 days than I usually do in 2 months, wrestling the dogs and moving furniture (I have to carry my chair to the other room to chat)- I am MORE than ready for a nap.
BUT... hubby's sending me out for food in less than an hour and I have to visit with him awhile too.
He's feeling depressed because I had company and wasn't at the ready for him this weekend. He realizes how silly feeling that way is (when I don't have company, nothing's really any different lol); but I still feel a tad annoyed at him.
Maybe it's just my exhaustion

Well, yes. Almost like it wasn't a dream kind of clearly.

I always dreams about singers so... well, they act like anyone would in that dream situation, I guess. One helped me not getting killed and it was really cool but I'm not so sure if that is how the celeb would react for real?

3. How do you feel around them or about them?
I usually have like one celeb DC that I have a thing with, so depending on what's going on if we are being chased or something I can get very protective. Of course. In one dream for example the celeb DC was a prince and I was a poor thief. I stole something to give to the DC but when I returned the DC was being attacked and all the bodygaurds were dead so I tried to fight the robbers off. But we both were an easy target because the DC just cried and was hiding behind me. So we died. But I still didn't blame the DC tho. lol.

4. Are you the star in your dream?
Well yes, I think so. Or well, I guess I'm sharing the spotlight with the celeb DC. OR NO, he really needed to go to the bathroom once and we were walking somewhere in Rome. So I found a pay-toilet and paid for him. See? I saved him again. Guess I'm the star after all.

5. Why do you think you relate to them in your dream?
Maybe I'm that one person that needs to be saved in IRL but just wants the be the one who saves someone just ones? Or could it be that I just like to see their music videos and stuff and they just appear because I like them? Hmm.

1. I saw him clearly in this dream.
2. He acted like himself, or as I expect he might act while the world teeters on the brink of alien invasion. Difference was he had a little fluffy weiner dog looking puppy.
3. I felt like he was an old friend, we ran into each other and just went on trying to find out how to escape earth.
4. I don't know if I was the star. I feel like Shane might have stolen the spotlight because people kept trying to get selfies with him.

I'm dog sitting at my sister's house. The only problem is that I'm sick with the stomach thing and I've been vomiting everywhere. It's not easy when you have to babysit two dogs. A puppy and an older dog who is partially paralyzed from the waist down. I totally forgot what day it is...
We had a tornado warning here, last night. It's lightly raining here.

I thought he was a maniac but followed his instructions because they felt true.

I started out the star but he became the focus of everyone's attention, trying to be the one who brought him the demon baby.

I don't think I related to him at all. As a matter of fact, I don't even know why he popped up so randomly in this dream. I haven't seen or heard anything from him in a long time.

I feel so loved

I'm here.. just became addicted to Roblox of all games rofl.
And then there's today.

From my FB because typing hurts:
"So, I did a thing...
I woke up from a nap, took the dogs out. Pup was wanting to run and play.
I wrap his leash around my wrist several times, to help keep control. Well... I tripped over my feet, fell forward, he kept running and I heard bones pop.
Then my vasal/vagal (sp) kicked in and I had to lay in the nasty grass... had Ray get the pup, had Destinee call Jerry to take me to the ER.

I thought I dislocated my shoulder. Turns out, it's broken in a couple places. I'm in a sling and follow up in Clarksburg on Monday.
Lovely.

Any time I move it, that Vasal/vagal kicks in and I feel close to passing out (it's a sudden drop in BP. It's what happens to some people when they see their blood drawn. My trigger is severe or sudden pain)"

They gave me Fentenyl and later Morphin. I've been home for about an hour and I still hurt.
The meds messed with my stomach BIG time, so we stopped for BK on the way home and I feel better now unless I move.
This sling is useless.
I'm sleepy but I am not looking forward to trying to sleep.
It's going to be interesting if nothing else.

Haha, when I told one of the kids who friended me that I was 44 he yelled “AHHH PREDITOR!!” Lol

I was mostly playing the Mining Simulator. It’s a nice game to zen to. I also sort of like MeepCity but it weirds me out with people morphing into kids and teens and asking people to be their mommy or daddy

I started it all in Gear Land though.
I thought I was going to be playing a game like Minecraft

wasn’t at all what I was expecting.

I think I might be acclimating to the pain. The vasovagal syncope isn’t nearly as bad this afternoon. It helped that I was finally able to roll onto my side and get some sleep.
But I overdid it tonight and now I’m feeling light-headed.

I got a bath at my hubby’s house though

That was much better than all the drugs I’ve been taking. I told him I might have to move into his tub lol. I took the sling off and just laid in the water and was in pure bliss.
