Very sorry to hear that IC.

Zhaylin, here's a story about stitches. I might have even told this story here, but I don't recall. I'll give you the full narrative seeing as how I made you wait this long. Ever since my adolescence I was unable to retract the foreskin on my penis while I had an erection. I could only do so when I was flaccid. I didn't really know this was unusual at the time because I didn't have a reference point. Anyway, whenever I would have penetrative sex with a girl it would hurt because either my foreskin would almost tear from the pressure or it would become stuck behind the head of my penis. Because of this, I had never climaxed inside a girl before, it just wasn't really an enjoyable sensation. So, finally after I decide to do some research I discover that I had a condition called 'phimosis'. Apparently uncircumcised children are supposed to regularly retract their foreskin to prevent this condition from occurring, but no one had ever told me that so I knew no better. (Since my journey I have met a LOT of my peers that have or have had the same condition, specifically because they were not educated about stretching their foreskin). Anyway, you can sometimes solve this condition by stretching your foreskin as an adult, but my case was particularly severe and I could not make much progress. Finally I decided to consult a doctor for circumcision. What's even more tragic is that the operation isn't covered under our medical system, so I had to pay a doctor $1000 to do the surgery on me. I was given the option of being put to sleep for the procedure, but it would have cost even more, so I had to opt for the local anaesthetic and remain awake. The benefit of having a circumcision done while you are wide awake is that you will never experience any subsequent medical procedure as daunting as having your penis operated on. So basically I am anxiety immune to anything else the medical field can throw at me. Anyway, fast forward and the operation is complete, and the doctor stitches my operated penis up. The stitches were supposedly dissolve-able, and I was told they would be gone within a month. During this time I was not allowed to masturbate or have sex, or even really get an erection. I would often wake up during the night in quite a lot of pain as the stitches would be stretched. Anyway, fast forward a month and the stitches were STILL there, and I'm getting desperate at this point. I ask my doctor about it and he tells me to just give it some more time, but I was sick and tired of putting up with it. I got a pair of scissors, some tweezers, and sterilised them both. I cut the knots on the stitches and pulled them out from the incision wound. Didn't seem to make any difference at that point, and everything healed up perfectly. If you're curious about the outcome of my problem, everything is great now, and personally I prefer being circumcised. As someone who has experienced having both a circumcised and uncircumcised penis (thus I am impartial), I just think that circumcised looks nicer and is much less cleaner in general.
Anyway, there is a somewhat graphic story about sutures that I hope makes you feel better about your own situation

      IC

Yuppie. Oh.My.Good.Gracious! That sounded like an absolutely horrid nightmare. I thought having my teeth removed (with the Dr. standing on the edge of the foot rest for leverage!) and feeling a great deal of it was bad. I still have nightmares about that. But your situation tops that and then some lol. I would have been traumatized!
I'm glad you fully recovered and enjoy () the change.
I have Ehlers-Danlos. For me, it's just the hypermobile type. Dr's were worried about cross-over types when I became pregnant. Would the baby be an easy bleeder or poor healer? He recommended not circumcising until we met my son and knew more about him.
2 years later, I had another son. I didn't have him circumcised because I didn't want them to be different.

Well, my first son was determined to have a hernia and both had hydrocele (?) That's what I thought they called it, but after a quick google, that doesn't sound right. Their foreskin simply didn't want to retract which made hygiene a nightmare. So, they both went under the knife.
They must've been 4 and 2 or close to those ages. They bounced right back with no problem. I remember having to keep a close eye on them because they wanted to rough-house and jump off the furniture the very next day lol. I've heard, and now completely believe, that the younger a boy is, the better!

Rant: I just looked at my machine stats and What the heck? I now know that I truly need to buy an SD card to put into my machine so I can get the raw data (apneaboard.com and sleepyhead (?) software). I only used my machine for 2.09 hours last night. My seal was perfect, but I had 11.1 episodes an hour. I don't like that myAir web rounds out the figures.
But I don't think I can get the card this week. I have to get my Provigil refilled.

Rant: My cluttered and messy room is getting on my last nerve. Cleaning one-handed is too much of a bother though. I'll probably break down and tackle some of it today anyhow I also REALLY need to get some laundry done.

Rave: I'm loving the 2 house spiders who have set up residence near me. One has a "dust" clump at the bottom edge of birdies cage. The other is at the cluttered inside surface edge of my desk. They are amazingly lazy creatures. Until I move something in their immediate vicinity. Then they dart away away and hide with incredible speed.

Rave: There's a new Event going on in the Mining Sim of Roblox... which motivates me into getting back into the game lol

Rant-ish/Rave-ish: The incision is meh. I could no longer tolerate hubby's wrap, yesterday, so I took it off. It had oozed a lot more than I thought. I left it alone and put a bandaid on it before bed. Removed that this morning and saw more greenish ooze. My body, infuriatingly enough, was trying to rebury the suture. What the heck? I pushed along the edges to drain it, and it drained clear. I think the green is from a scab trying to form. It looks clean otherwise. The redness has subsided a lot.
Tomorrow can't get here quickly enough. I want to pull and clip the sutures myself... but what if the Dr used a running stitch instead of individual ones No. I don't have enough info to tackle that task on my own

Time to stop binging Sherlock and get gaming...

Yeah it's an interesting choice to make about circumcision at birth. It is certainly not the norm here, almost no one is circumcised in Australia unless for religious reasons (Jewish or Muslim). I personally prefer being circumcised as I mentioned earlier, but I don't think that I would have my baby circumcised. I think more likely I would just be vigilant about telling him to regularly stretch his foreskin.

      Computer parts arrive tomorrow!

There's actually an uprising in the US over circumcision. Some people are saying it's no different than female genital mutilation
I say, to each their own. Just make an educated decision or one in accord to deeply held religious belief... and don't try to make other people adopt those views (or try to police the world )
Glad to hear your PC parts will soon be there. Have fun putting everything together and I hope it all goes smoothly.

Rant-ish: There were no Dr's/PA's at Ortho today. An appointment was made for me at 10:15AM tomorrow though. The sutures are no longer widening my sores and the sores themselves look fairly okay, so waiting isn't a problem. It's just annoying more than anything (the sutures/sores not the delay).

I had PT at 1:00 today and had the same girl as last Friday. She said the sores are looking MUCH better... but she's concerned with how badly it's healing and she was able to see the sutures too and was shocked lol
My shoulder popped again today and that concerns the PT girl a lot too.
She's always astounded that I'm not sore or in pain. She messages my upper shoulder (towards my neck) and says it's as hard as a brick. Nope. I told her I usually adapt pretty quickly to most discomfort. I did tell her that there MUST be *something* going on with the back of my shoulder (going down the length of my arm) because I continuously catch myself rubbing the area or with my other hand "guarding" or supporting the spot. Who knows lol

Rant: My CPAP therapy is still royally sucking. My mask score was 0/20 last night Which means I had a seriously leak the entire times I was using it (just under 4 hours). I'm going to have to jimmy around with the seals and straps tonight WELL before I go to sleep.
My sleep is suffering so very much. Fitbit says I slept from 4:10-10:30AM and I was "awake" for 42 minutes of that lol ("REM" for 1hr 4 min; Light for 3hrs 15 min; Deep for 1hr 20min.) Blah. I can't remember the last time I had a good solid dream.

Rant? I don't think I've had a BM for a week now lol I've been too lazy to peel the skin from my slim jims so that's probably the biggest reason.

Rave: Well... I'm alive and it's another beautiful day
I'm also loving the apneaboard site and the wealth of CPAP info I've found... I'm also now hooked on Quora lol and still binging and loving Sherlock.

RAVE: I've been able to sleep, somewhat, on my side again. Of course, I try to roll over onto my broken side but it's a start and an improvement and I will HAPPILY take it!!!

      **EDIT**
      Oh yeah...
Rant: I was JUST waking up when my daughter called this morning. She said Paula was having a psychotic break on the side of the road and asked if I could come get them. Great. I was nearly out of gas, but I threw on some clothes and headed out to find them. Paula's eyes were red and puffy from crying and her face was pulled in anger and frustration. My daughter kept making it worse by opening her mouth and by being generally unsupportive; Paula took some of what was said out of context and turned them into accusations We finally decided to go home. Destinee and I would follow behind Paula.

They had JUST gotten their (new) car back, the other day, from the dealer after they had it for repairs for a week. It was STILL not driving right and now it was making a horrible noise and rattle. Paula has been traumatized by all the car drama and she's now hyper-sensitive to the smallest of things. Destinee refuses to be nice and supportive because she says Paula doesn't know how to deal with even the smallest degree of stress without over-reacting and she "needs to learn". I swear that girl has BPD or something. She is such a contradiction. She'll well up with tears over the most simple of cute or sweet or emotional things. She's a SJW. Yet she doesn't seem to have a diplomatic bone in her body.

Anyhow... they just got back from the dealer. The muffler was falling off. A trip to AutoZone revealed they have a leak in some vacuum hose (a hose the dealer supposedly replaced). That's why the car can't go over 65mph up hill (not enough power). The dealer fixed the muffler but blew off their complaint about the hose.
My goodness. If it's not one thing, it's another....

That's so great, Ebb. Glad you two had such a great chat!

My day (from FB)- "I saw the PA this morning. *whew* I slept through TWO alarm clocks! My appointment was for 10:15. I woke at 10:00 . I threw on some clothes, checked for cats around my car then raced to my appointment. I made it there at 10:18.
I was miserably dizzy from the rushing and my vape. I usually lounge in bed for some 10 minutes- vaping and waking up slowly. I didn't even have time to pee before I left lol...............
ANYHOW, all is well. The PA was worried about hurting me or making the wound larger, but she got the main suture and worked out the second one a bit. Then it was cleaned and bandaged. I see her again on the 21st for a new x-ray to make sure everything is well enough to abandon the sling and crank up PT."

My goodness! What the start of a day. What's funny is that the nurse asked how the weather was. I told her I honestly had no clue. It could have been hailing and I doubt I would have noticed because I was so rushed As I was leaving, it was POURING down the rain lol. It had been sunny before then (so said my son).

Rant: The places I travel in town are very interconnected by various roads in a somewhat circular fashion. I left the Dr, wanting BK. I got on the main road and got stopped by traffic well before the light. As I inched forward, I noticed that the traffic heading toward BK was completely jammed. Was there an accident? Was the train going by? Bah. I hopped lanes and turned right to Speedway instead of left to BK.
I figured, I'd just get a frozen Coke and have cereal or something..... But the frozen Coke was broken
So I looped back toward the Dr's to head in the direction of home. As I passed the back road I normally take to Walmart and BK, I figured, why not? It bypasses all that traffic.
So I made a U-turn. As I got to the light right before Walmart, though, I saw that traffic was STILL backed up. Blah. I got food from Sheetz instead
Why the HECK is my small town becoming SO FRIGGIN busy?! Yes, it was 11:00.... but still! Maybe, if the entire town's workforce took their lunch break at the exact same time it could account for it... It's crazy. Just 2 years ago it wasn't nearly this bad.

Other than that, everything's okay. I took my glucose after I returned from the appointment (before I ate or drank anything). My fasting sugar was 110. During one episode of Sherlock, I ate my 6 Cheese Bites and nursed a Coke. During the second episode, I ate my Burger (Brioche break, Cheddar, Provalone, Ketchup, Mustard (both "light") and bacon); as well as having the same Coke. My sugar is 118. No unusual fatigue. No warning bells.
I'll have to try it again tomorrow when I have cereal. I eat one bowl within 15 minutes or so. And it's sugary, so I might discover something more easily.
Sheetz will be my only "real" food for the day. I'll feel a little hungry again around 6 and again right before bed, but a couple mini slim jims usually carry me.

Rant/Rave: At the store last night, I broke down and just bought some new bed clothes. It was $10. for a fitted sheet, top sheet and pillow case. I should have washed them first, I know (but almost never actually DO ), but I went ahead and made my bed. I could no longer tolerate the dirty ones (on there since August!!!) and I'm just not up for laundry, though I HAVE to tackle it soon.
The smell wasn't too bad (packaging material/chemically).
As I was changing the sheets though
INSIDE the mosquito netting, behind my bed, was a cluster of some 4 stink bugs! What the heck you annoying buggers!!

Earlier in the evening, I smelled something like burning rubber. Figured I couldn't put off cleaning my AC's filter and tackled it. There were stink bugs in my AC!!! I had seen 4 in my room over the last few days and I thought they were the only ones here. Bah!!! They're one of the things I dislike about Fall the most lol. But they're just a minor irritation.

RANT: My dogs farts are absolutely killing me I don't know what's upset her stomach so badly, but she's been FOUL for several days now. I'm about to kick her out of here lol

Time to take the rest of my meds and get gaming if I can stay awake...

IC, I hope your headache has left you and that you got your chores tackled. Sorry about your boyfriend

Meh: Have to try the glucose test again tomorrow. Today it was 114 when I woke Then it got up to 159 some 30 minutes after my cereal.
Then I had to rush off for PT, Walmart and gas. Some 2 1/2 hours after cereal, it was down to 110.
MY SUGAR SHOULD NOT BE OVER 100 AFTER FASTING. That "worries" me more than anything.

Rave: I got one of the guys for PT today. I really like the girl I had last week. She's one of the better ones and works my arm well. But, my gosh, there's just no beating the guys He doesn't like that I still have a brick hard knot (from near my armpit down about the length of a thumb) but he says I have nothing to worry about- that I have very good range of motion, all things considered.

Rave: I used my nasal pillow on my CPAP last night. Migraines be danged, I need a proper nights sleep. And sure enough, I got 7.12 hours of usage. My mask seal was perfect and I only had 3.7 apnea events an hour.

Rant: But despite all that great sleep (AND a Provigil), I'm still extra fatigued today and I didn't recall any dreams when I woke.

Rave: My Tens Unit came in today. Hubby brought it home from the office, so I'll pick it up and start using it tonight

Rave: I got in a few hours of Roblox yesterday and finished some steps of the Event. I also completed a Faction Event in Gems of War.

Rave: I actually recalled some dreams today. They were standard zombie/parkour dreams. I was being chased by a pack of wolves and I was shooting them with my bow while running backward. Then a Screamer showed up in the lead (only, she had the appearance of a feral "big Bertha"). I was thinking- "ah, come on! I do not want to die right now. I have no idea where I'd respawn and this is a great area!" I woke up before she could get me.
Earlier in the dream, I had found a place for a perfect base. Some zeds had destroyed some of the fence and bricks of the house while I was exploring, but I just tapped them with my claw hammer and repaired them.
I've not even played 7 Days to Die in some 2+ months but it still manages to invade my dreams. Which is quite alright with me. I love those dreams

Rave: I got in 6 hours with my CPAP. 4.7 apnea's an hour I wonder why some days are better/worse than others. I can't wait to buy a memory card so I can get into my machines raw data. I looked at my PC yesterday; and it was a good thing I did! This new PC doen't have a memory card slot. That was my old one. So now I have to buy a card reader as well

I woke up, unplugged from the CPAP, looked at my watch. "12:02" Wow! I slept a great, long time!! I laid back, vaped, started to wake up some. Looked at my watch again. It was only 9 AM My sleep blurred vision turned the 9 into a 12. I fell back to sleep until 11.

Rave: I am amazed by our kitten Maaria. She was on deaths door for several months, but she quite the fighter. She's finally put on some weight and grown some. Kittens younger than her have surpassed her growth, but she's slowly catching up. She's also a very lovey girl.

Meh: Another day, another round of glucose testing. I had a fasting level of 99 today After cereal, it went up to 151 (quite normal). At 2:10, I'll test it again and then again at 3:10 and once more if I feel exceptionally fatigued.
I REALLY hate my glucose machine. It is way too difficult to get the blood drop into the slit. But the machine was only $9. and 50 strips cost $5. so I shouldn't expect too much

Humorous: I read the instruction book for my TENS unit and was surprised (yet not surprised) to read "For external use only"
Seriously?! How would 'otherwise' even be possible There's something wrong with people. We all know that warning's there because someone tried it

      **EDIT**
Oh yeah! I stumbled upon something rather interesting about myself and my injuries (??) yesterday. Hubby and I take a trip at the end of this month. I briefly thought of said trip and realized 'Huh! I've not had my sleeping sickness!'.
Usually, I'd have been sleeping 16 hours a day or so at least 2 months prior to traveling. It's been the source of many, MANY of my rants over the years lol. But not now. Why? I've not become immune to the trips, surely. I reckon it's because of my other health complaints. It's sort of crowded out my traveling hyper-sensitivities.
Which is very strange and interesting to me. And I can't help but wondering if I can, somehow, take advantage of this insight for future trips

      ***EDIT***
I can stop blaming reactive hypoglycemia. At 2:30 it was down to 134 and at 3:30 it was down more to 120. I am EXCEPTIONALLY fatigued. I keep falling asleep while playing Roblox
Bah! Back to the drawing board.

Yesterday I had a blood test to check my liver.
At 9am today my Diabetic nurse rang me to tell me that my blood glucose reading yesterday was
      33.0 (31.9 = 575).

      I feel fine.

Then at 2pm today my Dr called, also very concerned saying that
if I start getting thirsty or frequent weeing
I'm to catch a taxi to hospital as I might go into coma.

      Soooo

      I Googled

      "Highest blood glucose reading"

Michael Patrick Buonocore (USA) (b. 19 May 2001),
survived a blood sugar level of
      147.6 mmol/L
      (2,656 mg/dl)
when admitted to the Pocono Emergency Room
      in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, USA,
      on 23 March 2008.

The normal blood sugar range is between
      4.4 to 6.6 mmol/L (80-120 mg/dl).

Comment 5 is interesting ... here it is

      Sandi Walls

My husband was 2564 in September 2011
he was still walking and talking
until I got him to a hospital
then he went into a coma for three days
now it's constantly in the upper 300-400
      (16.7 - 22.2)
if it drops to normal he gets sick it's very weird

Highest blood sugar level | Guinness World Records

My Dr wants me to keep a record of each
      morning reading before eating.

WOW!!!!!!!! That's insane! He should have been dead at 2k
Your 500+ is bad enough. We had dinner with some of hubby's employees last year. Her father said his is under 400 on a good day and I was amazed

Because diabetes is so strong in my bloodline, I usually do a round of self checking a couple times a year. In the US, they've become much stricter on their guidelines. A fasting level of anything over 100 is considered pre-diabetes. I'm still "old-school" though, and don't really feel concerned as long as it's consistently below 120 (except for after meals).

Rave: I had some more zombie dreams last night.
Still using my nasal pillow, I got in 6 hours, 20 minutes and had 4.7 events an hour. Not bad at all.

I FEEL like a worthless zombie today. I keep falling asleep, again, while gaming I guess I really should try to start getting in at least 8 hours of sleep!!

Rave-ish: I broke down and tried my TENS without hearing from the distributor. I had watched some YT videos so I had a general idea of what to do. I could really only feel anything at one of the patches though (4 patches total). I'm going to take my unit to PT today and have them show me the best places for placement. It was pretty nice, all in all. My muscle is really sore today though.
I got a call, today, from a co-worker of the distributor I've been dealing with. The usual lady is out with a very bad cold. The co-worker went over some of the things, but I really learn best when I SEE it done.

Hope everyone has a great Friday!!

Rave-ish.. More dreams. This time I was driving crazy roads that were frequently blocked by traffic, people, parades. I got out of a car with Witnesses. We were working a territory and they said we had to split up. I had to work alone and panicked because I didn't have any presentations ready or any magazines or books to offer. I woke up knowing exactly what the dream was about. Despite the specifics, it was simply an anxiety dream. My travel plans have finally caught up to my subconscious

I don't know when I fell asleep exactly. If I wasn't lazy, I could figure out the math. I got 5 hours 44 minutes on my CPAP (I fall asleep almost immediately once I get around to putting it on). I woke at 9:20. I (as per usual ) thought I was awake. I started vaping. I drifted in and out of sleep and dreams (Sherlock dreams lol) until 11:20 and then 11:53 I never let go of my vape. It was pretty hot by the time I truly woke. Oh yes, I also dreamed I kept making on-line purchases and that, even though I knew I was over-drafting my card and worried about spending all my money, I continued buying stuff anyhow

Rave: I continue using my nasal pillow. The migraines haven't returned yet. I've been trying to practice something I read at the apnea site. Instead of locking your jaw, get into the habit of pressing your tongue to the roof of your mouth. It seems to be helping, but it still "early days", so who knows. I'm optimistic.

Rant: The girls' car drama continues Also... I have to go to the store today

For now, though, it's time for cereal and Sherlock...

Ooooh, you mean dream tasks, IC? I just noticed your wings. Way to go!!

Meh: I got 5 hours, 13 minutes of sleep. Had 3.4 apnea events an hour. I NEED to start getting more friggin sleep. This is ridiculous!!!
I recall a "Hand Maiden" type dream which also revolved around China's ("Black Mirror"-esque) Social rating system. I was pregnant for another family and wrote that I was considering killing myself. The host family set up a sort of Intervention but I woke before I got too far into the dream. I'm at a loss for the interpretation. Except for the Social experiment thing... I watched a video earlier in the day about it. I did see a happy, seemingly well-to-do and attractive pregnant woman at the store last night. How and why my brain married everything together though, lol, who knows

Rave: I completed one of the Events in roblox yesterday. Now it's time to tackle the other event (why they had 2 run at the same time is beyond me. It's hard enough just to finish one of them!!! And to think this game is meant for kids... who go to school all day )

Rant-ish: I slept on my broken arm again last night. I guess I've healed up plenty fine. When it was still actively healing, pain or my subconscience or something kept me off the arm. Now I find myself lying on that side all the time I woke up aching a lot so I got in an hour with my TENS. I don't know just how good it is though It is neat though.

Rave-ish: I've not had any Tylenol for at least a week; maybe closer to 2 weeks. All in all, I am fairly pleased with my progress and pain tolerance. And I am very grateful for my Ehlers-Danlos as well as my decision to not rely on the Sling unless I'm up and about.

Rant: I want to get back on Roblox and tackle that other event... but there are too many chatty-cathy's on-line right now.

Rave: My incision is very angry looking, but the sore has finally completely healed over.

Rant: 5hrs, 38 min sleep on CPAP (and total), 4.2 apnea events and hour
BUT... it was MUCH better than I expected First off, I wiped the inside of my nose with an alcohol wipe right before putting my CPAP on. I do that from time to time, especially when I have sores. Last night, though, my nose was a little drippy and I wanted to dry it out.
Well... there was a bit too much alcohol on the wipe I used It didn't burn or anything (I'm fairly immune to that now-a-days), but it was so drying it caused my sinuses to swell. When I first put my mask on, it felt like I could barely breathe.

THEN, I couldn't fall asleep until around 4:30AM. I was expecting to have to be awake by 8 The girls overslept though, so I got to sleep in an extra hour.

Rave-ish: I was supposed to take Paula to Morgantown this morning (about 1 - 1 1/2 hours away). She went to the ER last night. She hasn't been able to sleep properly for a couple months, and she had been awake a couple days yesterday. Her pulse in her neck was throbbing weird, she was dizzy, had double vision. I scoff at such things. My immediate thought was BP and sleep deprivation. However, Dr's think she has MS and worry she may be having mini strokes. They wanted her to go to the other hospital for an in depth MRI. She was to make the appointment herself, though. They recommended she ask for a Resident else the appointment may be too far into the future. They didn't have enough concrete concerns to warrant shipping her there ASAP.
SO.. while I'm glad I didn't have to make that drive, I am worried for her and hope she can get an appointment soon.

Rant/Rave: Their car drama continues. I did have to take them to work. I picked up McD's Big Breakfast with Hotcakes I ate everything except the biscuit (I never eat that). I usually have half a stack left which I give to the kids. Not today. I happily ate every last bite

Rant: My incision is acting up today. Last night, I had a hard bit. I thought it was just a miniscule bit of scabbing. When I woke today, there was the teensiest bit of ooze. Seriously? It's in the SAME spot. Maybe it's the stitch that was further down which hadn't worked it way up entirely..
I also slept on that arm again. What the heck?!

      I am so sleepy...

Rant: I stood in a supermarket check-out line for 2 hours last night. By the time we left to go to the other place that we need to go to was closed. That was the only check-out line that was open on Sunday.
Plus I wasn't feeling well. I felt like shit.
The woman cashier reminded me of the Sloth from Zootopia. It's not her fault. It's the management's fault who didn't have anyone working the other lines. At one point, she told us to tell the other people to go to another line because she needed to leave to go home. By the time another line open, we were already waiting an hour. Then we were done it was 2 hours.
When we left home, we said, that we were going to go out to get some stuff for Canadian Thanksgiving today. Speaking of nuts, I was unable to get Pecans for my cranberry sauce and pecan pies.

Rave: I'm almost done with the TOTY tasks.

TWO friggin hours standing in line?! I would be infuriated. I doubt I'd ever return to the store again!!! There's no excuse for that. Or, perhaps, people in the US are spoiled? Is it common to wait that long or was it an insane holiday rush?
      WTG with those tasks!!

Rants: Headache. It's not my usual headache though. It's in a different spot (and my TMJ is still minimal). It's most likely do to extreme fatigue. I am REALLY, REALLY feeling it today.
I also had to pick up the girls from work after all. (But, they're going to clean out my car in replace of giving me extra gas money )
I might be "trying" to get a migraine. I can't see for Sh** today and I'm very crabby.

Interesting: My "rib slippage" is acting up It just feels like my ribs (left side) are getting snagged and it pops sometimes. I had to look up what it was. I get it a lot- but normally only during really long car trips. Maybe it's associated (for me) more to stress and sleep deprivation than actual posture from driving (what I had formerly written it off as). In my search for that, though, I found another page about Costochondritis. I'm not sure that's what I have after all. That sounds more like a rib thing than a chest wall thing. Precordial Catch Syndrome sounds like a closer match... but even that's not *quite* it. Dead center between my breasts, but higher up (perhaps the middle of my chest) is where I feel the problem. It makes me "freeze" and breathing hurts until it sort of clicks back to place (almost like two muscles snagged together). I develop inflammation and pop the bone like I pop my knuckles. It was scary when it happened as a kid. Now it's just annoying, lol, and definitely connected to high stress. The search continues.

Rave: I was draining my wound and low and behold, a bit of suture revealed itself. I had Miley hold a flashlight. I sterilized my x-acto blade and handed it to Destinee. Then I pulled it out as far as I dared and had Destinee cut it. This is going to be such an ongoing pain in the rear... but it's something I feel safe (relatively lol) taking care of myself.

Bah: I have to go to the store tonight. I am NOT up for it in the LEAST!!!

Rave: PT went very well... but concerning. My shoulder keeps clicking- like wonky joints are wont to do. It feels JUST like that. I worry about forcing the issue and causing damage. PT seems to think it's just scar tissue breaking up- which is a GOOD thing.
So, I forced myself through the discomfort. Once I get to about the 3 o'clock position (but forward facing), it clicks each and every time.

Rant: I have a bit of a backache today. Need to check my calendar to see when my moon time will arrive.

Rave: I slept fairly well even though I only got in 4hours 25 minutes on my CPAP (2.4 apneas an hour). I fell back to sleep after taking it off. Got in little over an hour more. Don't recall any dream specifics though (I know of three different themes but not the details).

Rave: My rip slippage subsided after getting some proper sleep.

Meh: have PT today. I like PT, I just hate leaving the house

My friend lives in the path of the hurricane.

Rave: I have some Tasks completed. I asked my birds Yahtzee and Moxie if I can borrow their wings just until I get my task wings and Yahtzee just laughed at me.

      I need to vent.

      This week sucks.

I had a birthday... that was nice... other than that... suckage.

My favourite band, Beach House, that I have wanted to see for ages played in my country on my birthday and I didn't hear about it till afterwards.

Then again, I wouldn't have been able to afford to go, as the day after my birthday I was told that I won't be receiving a student loan, so now my whole financial situation is completely broken. Then I left the house and immediately got a huge speeding ticket. Came back home, and my computer was dead.

I went to the doctor to start my diagnosis of ADD, and got lots of bad news in relation to that. Basically the public psychologists are too busy with more serious mental health issues. And I can't afford private.

I need to be diagnosed and medicated if I'm going to have a shot at succeeding with what I'm trying to do. It's way too much. Even basic human stuff that most people can do without thinking is a challenge when your brain executive functioning doesn't work. No matter how hard I try I keep making the same stupid mistakes over and over again.

I'm not worried that people think I'm useless or an idiot for failing at simple stuff, I'm used to that and I don't care. But when I mess up or forget things and let people down, or cause them trouble, I worry that they think it's because I don't care about them.

I'm most likely getting kicked out of a statistics course in school because I forgot to deliver two assignments in a row, even though I had completed them both days before the deadline.

I'm falling way behind on schoolwork and I have a load of assignments and no time to do them even if I was able to start.

When I get overwhelmed I stick my head in the sand, but if I don't get my act together and work like a champ from tomorrow on, I'll fail this semester. I am starting to think that it's for the best. But I don't know what else to do. I've been waiting for years to figure out what I want to do with my life... and now that I'm finally doing something, I'm failing.

I just want to go south in a van, with a music studio in the back. But I know I won't.

I just realized I have been editing this post for almost an hour, and it's more or less the same as when I posted it. I don't understand myself.

at your bird, IC. They wound so wonderful.
I hope your friend and their home is okay and that you get rid of that sore throat quickly!

Vader. Your week definitely sounds like one for the books!!! Don't lose hope, though, as hard as it is. Keep hounding people for help. Try using multiple alarms to keep you on task and on time. I hope life cuts you a break and things start to go smoothly for you soon.

Rant: I'm friggin falling asleep at my desk again. I got 5 hours, 12 minutes on my CPAP. I think I took it off at little after 9:00, but then I fell back to sleep until noon. That would come out to be around 8 hours of sleep. I annoying at being THIS fatigued all the friggin time. Provigil helps... but it helps more at 1 1/2 pills instead of the 1 prescribed. It occurred to me that I would quickly run out if I kept it up So now I'll be alternating days between them and caffeine/Green Tea pills (which are sub par but slightly better than nothing at all )

Rave/Rant: My backache went away (for now). Since my iPad died, however, I no longer have my period tracker and I've forgotten the old system I used to use. Was it 5 days previous than the month before? 3 days? 7? My last visit was on the 21st of last month, so whatever my previous system was, I should expect it relatively soon lol.

Rave: At PT on Wednesday, they re-evaluated me and said I had made vast improvements regarding my range of motion. Imagine how much further along I'd be if I wasn't a such lazy piece of poo. I do none of my exercises at home (except passively just through basic use).
So, last night, I unscrewed the handle off of my broom. Before I go to sleep each night, and when I wake up, I'll start doing them. The handle is for passively lifting my bad arm with my good one. When I did it last night, my shoulder popped several times

Rant: I STILL haven't done any laundry What a friggin bother.

Meh: I have to roll change today if I hope to buy all my meds tonight. I guess I could just watch Sherlock to make it less tedious.

      **EDIT**
lol, Vader, I somehow managed to miss your last sentence (I even checked the time stamps to see if our posts are overlapping... Nope). I used to do the same thing and still do sometimes. It's just part of being a perfectionist. You can work on that yourself by just letting it go. It's hard at first, but it does get easier.
Just to prove my point, I'm going to ignore editing the fourth sentence of my rant about fatigue. I cringed when I read it
But, meh, it's not THAT important and people can still get the gist of what I was saying

You're able to leave that there? Your power level is amazing!

I should probably stop editing so much as well. Problem is when I start I completely loose track of time. And I just keep editing till I catch myself.

Edit: I was about to edit this to clarify something, but I won't. #FirstStep
