Your poll needs 12,000 more options.
They all taste the same to me. Then again, I don't drink it often enough to find out the differences haha
I remember once I was dared to chug it at a party and didn't know there would be so much froth. I couldn't swallow it all and ended up spitting it everywhere.
I don't really understand people who drink it all the time (not alcoholics), even just one every few days. Same with wine. I guess I'm just too young to understand! :P
Silly kids.
I love Rolling Rock, Yuengling and Sam Adams (Boston Lager & Octoberfest are the best!) as well as the classic college beers: Coors Bud and Miller! This poll needs to be remade lol. No where NEAR enough options. =P
never drank before so just gonna take a random vote.

I have been enjoying London Stout alot lately.
What you've listed as options are mostly lagers. Sleemans is a brewery I hadn't heard of before, but sounds interesting. I like IPA and apparently they do that.
Thicker ales, stouts and porters are where it is at.
If you can get a hold of some Sleeman's, try Honey Brown Lager. That's some good stuff.

Lately I've been really into Avery & Russian River's "Collaboration, Not Litigation ale." In general my favorite beers are Belgian strong ales. I also really like Scotch ales. The perfect beer has a bit of spicy sweetness, but is strong enough to knock you on your ass if you don't treat it with the respect it demands!

Edit: Jeez, that picture is enormous. I thought the forum automatically rescaled images?
That's a hell of a name for a beer, lol. Where can you get it?
Have you had Forêt? It's a Belgian farmhouse saison ale that definitely fits your description. Domestically, Dogfishhead's Raison d'Etre is pretty fantastic. Neither of those is crazy expensive, either--Rd'E is a $10 six pack, but in terms of ABV, that's a better deal than any mass-market import like Heineken or Newcastle, and of course a much better beer. Dogfishhead is better known for their IPAs, but I never got on that bandwagon. To me an American IPA is kind of like a California Cabernet Sauvignon--it's main appeal lies in the fact that anyone, no matter how coarse their palate, can tell what it is.
Spart: They only make batches of it occasionally. I'd imagine that for any store that has a good enough selection to be offering some Avery beers, there's a pretty chance they'll have this beer if it's currently being distributed. That's just a guess though. I live right by Avery and often get it from the brewery when they have it. Unfortunately they just ran out of their latest batch :(
As for the name, the story goes that Avery and Russian River realized a few years back that they were both selling Belgian tripels that they had each separately named Salvation ale. When they realized this, they considered settling the matter legally ("Litigation") but eventually decided to combine the two into a new beer ("Collaboration"). According to an employee at Avery, they really do just brew separate batches of the two original Salvation ales and then literally just mix the finished beers together into one batch. By some mysterious alcoholic magic, the resulting beer is superior to either of the two alone.
Tao: I've never seen it around. I looked it up online when you posted it and it sounds pretty good. I'm about to get some beer to bring to a friend's, I think I'll try going a little out of my way to the really big liquor store in town and see if they have that in stock.
Totally agree with you about IPAs. People around here seem to be crazy for them as well, but I just don't get the appeal. I've avoided trying the Dogfishhead IPAs specifically because of their reputation for being among the sharpest and most bitter of them all.
Beer tastes like bread. Nty.
