      Hi Everyone!

      First off if i have posted this in the wrong section pls move it for me


      Right i have done abit of research my self on healthy foods but i guess not enough so i would like to ask for abit of help on which foods are really good for you?

      here is a little list on mine

      Fruit
      Apricots
      Raspberries
      Cantaloupe=Melon
      Cranberry Juice
      Tomatoes
      Raisins
      Figs
      Lemon and lime

      Veg

      Onions
      Artichokes
      Ginger
      Broccoli
      Spinach
      Bok Choy
      Squash
      Watercress
      Garlic

      Grains,Beans,Dairy,Nuts

      Quinoa
      Wheat Germ
      Lentils
      Peanuts
      Pinto Beans
      Yogurt=not all yogurt mind you
      Skimmed Milk? or Soya Milk?

      Seafood

      Shellfish like mussels and clams
      Salmon
      Crab


      That was my list but i no for a fact there not all the best foods so i would like more help on broadening my horizons on healthy food!

      Hopefully we will have some Nutrionist on this forum to help me and fellow Dreamviewers Thank you for taking you time to read
