What an intriguing website celebrating materialism. I want this:

Good, 'cause that would be a creepy looking human.
Some people are turning it into that, but I think O's original intent was just to post really cool odd things. I'd say it were celebrating materialism if the point were to post expensive cars, purses, etc.
I'm not trying to put down some good ole celebration of materialism in and of itself. Shit, even Burning Man is partially a celebration of materialism in that one major aspect of it is to manifest your imagination by building or bringing the most awesome shit possible. (It just frowns on consumerism)
Holy crap I was just talking about how much I wanted a bed that rocked, and that they should make rocking beds for adults. I'm not sure about this particular design, but it's cool that someone thought about it and made one. I'd want a bed that rocks/swings side to side (like a hammock), not front to back like that. The side to side rocking motion mimics natural physiological neuronal excitation during various transition states such as entering sleep. It's so incredibly relaxing. Maybe I should just find a way to rig a hammock in my room, I have plenty of room for it and really high ceilings...hmm.

Oh hell yes!
I've been seriously contemplating rigging a hammock up in my room too. They're really the most relaxing way to sleep.
I'd never thought about that rocking/floating side to side feeling being mimicked by hammocks/rocking beds before. Makes a lot of sense though.
In a normal bed, I've been finding more and more that it always feels like I'm restricting blood flow to some area no matter which position I sleep in. The only way is on my back, but it's really hard to sleep like that for me.
I think this thread would appreciate vsauces Lut series, whole series of videos showing off cool gadgets.
