Meditation - Blisscoded Sound

Have anybody seen this video before? Try to follow what it tells and you will feel refreshed afterwards. You don't even have to stop your mind from thinking, just follow the flow~

I tried listening to Buddha scriptures before, apparently it didn't work as well as this!

Kind've reminds me of a saw going in the background, which always kind of, oddly, relaxed me.
Apparently this is based on the golden ratio. Not sure if it's placebo or not.

hmm.. I don't know if I liked that. It also reminded me of a saw, but that might have been because I read tommo's post first. Because it kept going from one ear to the other, it felt like it was sawing through my brain, and I have a headache now.

I'm so sorry.

I can't pinpoint out what that sound sounded to me. But before I first listened to it, I saw someone saying that no monster is going to pop out of the video, and I was worried when I was listening to it with my eyes closed.
