In a sense yeah, because I used to fap alot before the challenge :O Will try again. Starting the challenge again tomorrow, will try to keep focus on lucid dreaming! Thank you!

Alrighty then, after all the testimonials and whatnot, I am gonna attempt this no fap challenge for 14 days (that be 2 weeks). I started today, so I shall end 2 Mondays from now.

Definitely more interest from women. That could just be from me now gazing and smiling at most women I walk past though lol. When I reflect on this process, fair enough.... I do feel like a remarkably different man. That totals at around 45 'sessions' I've abstained from now.

Not really a lot of interest to stop discharging but I'll try it for the scientific aspect, want to see if it actually helps with lucid dreaming. And there's a little curiousity if it's going to be hard at all. I'm on day 2 and... as long as I don't think about it on purpose I'm bothered by nothing.
By the way, the recent weeks I had a "healthy" discharge level of about 2,5 times a day.
I have no real target I'll just do it as long as I see fit, but over a week might be good to see results on dreaming. If in this weak and maybe the few days after I have at least 4 lucids and around 115 dreams it was a success for dreaming (unless it becomes hot again, then I'll have to reduce the numbers).Personal Records so far: Max lucids per day: 2 | Max lucids per week: 4 | Max lucids per month: 8 | Max dreams recalled in one night: 17
Longest lucid dream: ~35min | Highest flight: zoomed out of common existence [WTF?] | Fastest speed: FTL | DILD/EILD/DEILD [X] | WILD/VILD [X] | MILD/FILD/HILD [ ]

Day 16/17 - So, chatted to a girl in a clothes shop. Exchanged numbers, and now meeting for a drink Thursday night. I blame this on abstinence.... my interest was obvious.
Relating directly to the challenge, it's bloody hard in the morning....
No not that, you dirty fiends, I mean it's difficult to not do it. On dreams - my dreams are certainly more surreal and nonsensical, which is a nice twist. Wouldn't say any noticeable increase in vividness or lucidity....I'll have to keep observing.Last edited by Wolfwood; 05-29-2012 at 11:26 PM.
