Happy birthday, women of the world!
That's sexist.
Bless you, man factories.

I wonder if this is a good idea without an "international men's day". It seems to me that the implication is that every other day is international men's day. So why do women only get one day? Are they really that inferior to us? I certainly don't think so. If not then why are they content with only one day? 356 is divisible by two so you guys should get at least half the days.
I thought women's day already passed
Happy women's day. Let's celebrate by you making me a sandwich.
You're right!
Now I expect you to congratulate me every day on being a woman, for half a year ;)
Wait, there are 365 days in a year. We'll take 183.

Oh actresses, what would the world be without your incredible propensity for pretending to be women?
In this country, having a day for women is the least men can do, considering the latest panel regarding women's reproductive rights had no women on it.
All good people need to be celebrated.
^^^ There's "the least" right there.
Something about his teeth always bothered me.
International Men's Day is Novemeber 19th, so most of what has been said about sexism here is invalid.
Come on mannn, get off my back, I ain't hurting you
I just like the roles they play. And I thought it was kinda cool that originally, Ripley was originally conceived as a male character.
I guess I should have posted pictures of Clara Schumann (chaste adulteress), or Sarah Palin (hypocritical Right Wing) , or some ancient, beheaded queen.
and NOW you made me late to begin the yeast starter for my bagel dough |:<
I do love the Ripley character, although I don't think that's entirely accurate; I believe the original script was actually gender neutral for all of the characters.
But it's rather ironic / telling / disappointing that these stereotypical strong women are women who don't actually exist.
Actually, I specified without. So it's valid but not applicable. I was too lazy to look it up. Thanks for clarifying.
Also, the perfect woman (Dors Venabili) who was an always level-headed historian, athlete and super-ninja ended up being a humaniform robot.
Does it make sense for a person to look stupid? Because she does.
It is possible, but no she does not look stupid. This lady looks stupid.

I love the way that people choose pictures of others. But we agree that looks aside, Sarah Palin is stupid, right?
Uh, no.
