Hi, i have a few questions here about lucid dreaming. I never had one but i'm really excited and i'm looking forward too have one. My only problem is that i'm a bit scared of that sleep paralysis shit people talking about, not that i can't move but that i hallucinate!!
Here's some questions.
1. Are you able to sleep in a lucid drem?
2. If i, in my lucid dream, want to go to my neighbours house or something, does it feel like i do that in real life ?
3. Can i simply just step into someone i know's house and sleep with her or beat her up or anything without any consequences?
4. I read that if you rub your hands to eachother or spin will make you stay in the lucid dream longer, is there any other way cause i dont wanna look like a retard in front of my DC's.
5. How vivid are the dreams? do it actually feel as real as the real life?
