From the start of the millenia nsa launched third echelon,a set of sattelites that can literally scan any movement on the earth from e-mails and telephones to anything that has a heartbeat on earth at the same time.Sort of like a net that covers pretty much everything.It's creepy and it is the truth.

I am intrigued by the ultimate goal, but understand from where it originates. Being protected and being a prisoner is quite a shady area. Hmm, sounds like the stuff of dreams...
