I need help with my website--know an easy program?

I need to build a new artist website. Just something clean and simple.

For years I've been using dreamweaver. But its giving me huge problems. When I work on my page I'm always trying new fonts and colors. But it saves every change I make as a style. My page ends up with dozens of styles. All these styles seem to confuse the html code and I lose control of the look of my page.

Sorry I dont remember which version of dreamweaver it is (different computer), but its just messy and clunky.

Does anyone know an easier-simpler program to use? I'm html lame. I need drag and click. I'll even be open to using a program that already has easy to use templates, so long as its something good for an artist.

      thanks for any help

I used to use Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 you can actually download it from brothersoft.com or any other sites.. for the tutorials check out w3schools.com I learn html codes from that site they're really awesome.
