Please help me find an audio cassette (yep cassette :)

I apologize if this request is way out of scope for the Lucid Dreaming community.
I also apologize for just jumping in and asking without building a relationship with you all first.

But I'm desperate.

I'm looking for an out of publication audio cassette:
Creative Visualization: Llewellyn Deep Mind Tape (ISBN:0875421695) by Denning & Phillips.
I trying to find it as a gift for my wife but it's really really hard to come by.

Would any of you have it or know someone who has it (or might have it!). I don't even need the tape, just a copy or mp3 of it.

Please please please help (sorry, I'm pleading) please please?

I'm finding a book by that exact name on Amazon, that's about it.

Also, this might be some sort of lead, but it looks a little sketchy: Llewellyn Deep Mind Tape for Creative Visualization

Thanks Supernova. The book (even the original pressing) is pretty easy to come across. The audio tape however is another thing all together. The link you found is indeed sketchy. Thanks for the help
