1) Dawn of the Dead (1978)
Be Here Now...links to Oasis?
and is that George Harrison??
favourite movie...
hmmm, i have lots...but i still love Titanic. I just think it was a nice story..watched it again last night, and i was still crying like a baby...realised that actually, some of the acting was a bit...OTT.
But still, great special effects, and i love that time period.
I liked House of Flying Daggers, i'd see that again, and i still havent' seen Kill Bill two, i'm going to have to get my butt in gear.
I'm watching Alfie later on today, so i'll let you know what i think!
The 10th Kingdom. Its a very long awsoem movie.
hey, i've just seen 'Alfie' good film, i liked the story...a word to anyone (not just men, cos women can be just manipulative as men when it comes to relationships...)
Basically, if you're not giving anything back, you've got nothing.
If you're doing all the giving, you've got nothing.
Love is not a one way street people!
Communication, Communication, Communication!!
If you've stopped talking, you might as well stop sleeping together...
After watching that, i can so see where a mate of mine is coming from, her and her boyfriend, and their 'dysfunctional' relationship...but, like mick jagger said, 'Old Habits Die hard.'
I find it real hard to decide that..
But i think my favourite could be 'What dreams may come'.
Yeah.
I got it from this hippie 60s quote thingy....i just thought Be Here Now was a really cool saying :DQuote:

The picture is The Beatles during the period in which they created some of the most amazing music in HISTORY......"Picture yourself on a boat by a river" (lalalalalalalala).
Titanic is a movie i loved to watch when it came out (saw it a few times at the cinema) and i jumped on the Band Wagon and said i hated the movie even though i didnt :? i guess i was trying to be 'tough' in my teenage years 8)
I havent seen the new 'Alfie' due to the fact i think Jude Law is a  , his acting is really bad and he always appears shallow and pretensious (intentional spelling mistake) :P ....
I do love the song The Rolling Stones sang for this movie, its a really cool song.
Just thought about this in relation to Jagger, there is an excellent film he was in called Performance(1970) i would say it was 'one' of my fav movies, its directed by the great Nicolas Roeg (who also did The Witches).
I don't think I have a favorite movie... :?
Mine would probably be "Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure" and "Wayne's World"... I love the late 80s "dude" movies :P Oh, and I can't forget "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" :)
Bill and teds excellent adventure! - IMDb (internet movie database) says that reeves was born in 64 wich I have no doubt to be true and he did the film in 1989 so he was 25 in that movie. I just thought he looked young
anyway my friends favorite movie is titanic he said he saw it 17 times in the theater which do this day I still have a hard time believing!
Im gonna go rent alfie havnt seen it yet

I dunno...i think maybe he was supposed to appear that way in this movie, so in this case he got it right...because he was going around sleeping with all these ladies, and giving no thought to any pleasure but his own. maybe i should watch 'the talented mr ripley' again, and see what i think...Quote:

And i don't think ALL men are FBB (Face, Boobs and Bum) just some of them, and i keep away from those!
yeah, it's a great song...very pertinent lyrics...'we haven't spoken in months/i've been counting the days'Quote:

its a tie between goodfellas, pulp fiction, and natural born killers.
Hmm I'm with Marc on this one...What Dreams May Come was just....amazing. I still cry everytime I see it.
Oh and of course...The Princess Bride. My sister and I could put that movie on mute and recite the whole thing...voices and all. :D
Also the Matrix was incomparable and the LOTR and original Star Wars Trilogy.
The Princess Briiiiide. :luffs:
Either Pulp Fiction or Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind...depending on what kind of mood I'm in.
Fuck yeah bradybraker, I'm down with that.
My favorites (can't just list 3) are:
Life Aquatic
Eternal Sunshine of the spotless mind
Pulp Fiction
Lord of the Rings: The fellowship of the ring
Harold and kumar go to white castle
-Rainman (1988, Barry Levinson)
-Papillon (1973, franklin J. Schaffner)
-War of the Worlds (2005, Steven Spielberg) (its one of my fav. movie, at least for now, and NO-ONE can get it out :pissed: )
the matrix trilogy, LOTR (all of them), Star Wars (all except episode 2, it stinks :madtongue: )
conspiracy theory is nice too :D
Shrek! :P :|
Shrek II for me (beats out the first simply because of the soundtrack)Quote:

I can't choose, but I know that I will always like anything by Quentin Tarantino. All his films were good. I like too many movies to pick one. A great movie though is Run Lola Run.
Run Lola Run is a Classic!!!!!!! I could watch that film thousands of times and still not be bored (not the english dubbed version though).Quote:
