wow. We have green algae blooms sometimes, never thought it could be red!

This is clearly a sign of the coming apocalypse.

What's ride tide? Is that an Aussie term for Red Tide?

@MooseAntlers Red tide is a common name for a phenomenon known as an algal bloom (large concentrations of aquatic microorganisms) when it is caused by a few species of dinoflagellates and the bloom takes on a red or brown color. Red tides are events in which estuarine, marine, or fresh water algae accumulate rapidly in the water column, resulting in discoloration of the surface water. I can't post normally at all. I have to right click "reply" then open an "incognito" window. Then I can post once. After that I have to do it all over again (logging in each time). It's highly annoying, but at least I CAN post now lol

I must be partially color blind or something. It doesn't look red at all to me. It looks more like orange jello.
Either way, it's pretty awesome looking (and spooky too. I couldn't imagine wading out in that stuff )
