      Angry Cramps...

      I just got a massive ab cramp, and when I leaned back to stretch my abs, I got a back cramp... so I leaned forward again... only the old cramp wasn't gone yet... so I leaned back again... new cramp wasn't gone either. What proceeded was some kind of living hell.
