      Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way

      Feeding beings of greater intelligence to beings of lesser intelligence. Nothing makes me grin like watching a dragonfly nymph feed (and see the dying fish's futile attempts to wriggle out of its spring-loaded jaws).

      Puns also make me smile. In that, "I'd like to punch you, but this sarcastic sneer will have to do" kind of way.

      The things that make me smile are the little things. Fixing up a homemade dinner and having it come out just right, taking a walk just before it rains, seeing old ladies listening to dubstep...The list goes on and on.
