Anyone else like me? I was juiced for the huge moon from the way peeps were talking. Unfortunately, it was pretty anticlimactic for me. I guess because I see the moon 100x's bigger than that regularly in lucid dreams.

No trolling the masses :D
I didn't even hear anything about anything, just a related post on facebook, I'm spaced out like that
Man,I wish I could see it.
Why does no one tell me about anything D;, Sounds cool.
I thought it looked great! I saw it in the evening before bed and then again in the early-morning hours when I took my son to camp.
I took a picture but it didn't come out great because I was using my phone. My camera battery had died moments before.
Guess I need to google to find out what the heck this is all about - I hadn't heard anything about it. I did notice the full moon seemed extra bright the last couple of nights.
It was pretty sweet looking.
Meh, it just wasn't anywhere near as big as I see it regularly in dreams. I expected it to be much bigger than it actually was. I overhyped it I suppose.
I had an awesome dream about the supermoon that night. iwl, it was much less spectacular but I still thought it was very cool
I saw a glance of it! I think last year's was better.
Don't worry, it's like 10% bigger than normal. I doubt most people would even notice if the moon randomly inflated by 50%.
yeah, I definitely noticed it. I'd read about it happening months before, and when I looked at the Moon I remembered it must have been that night. So it was noticeable, but nothing spectacular.
Moon looked really cool two nights ago though, it was thin crescent from the bottom but the part of the Moon under shadow was still visible and Venus was next to it, shining very bright. And that's all I could see in the whole sky because of light pollution. The sky was deep blue and green/yellow at the horizon. Looked ridiculously beautiful.
Supermoon :)

That's not as bad as that ridiculous thing where people were saying "mars is closer to earth than it's ever been, and it'll look like the moon in the sky" thing. People are stupid. :D
completely late reply but yes, I thought it would look more special...it was blinding bright though
