So I'm trying to make some good decisions for myself and affect positive change. I figure that if I add in a small thing here and there over time I'll generally feel better about each day.
For example, my current goal:
- Listen to more classical music and explore composers I'm both familiar and unfamiliar with.
I've been enjoying this immensely.

Getting back into reading, currently making my way through Silmarillion.
The decision to acknowledge that nearly all obstacles I feel overwhelmed by are created and magnified solely in my mind, nowhere else. Repeating in my head: "Everyone has flaws, calm yourself, boi".
Loose some weight. :)

I'm trying to sleep more, which not only helps my dreams but also makes me feel better when I wake up.
Feeling more energetic each day allows me to get more of my chores done.

Control my negative emotions. If I'm upset by any thing/people, I'll try to let it fade quickly.
Started exercising and running again. More energy through the day, less needed to sleep, more dreams, and more help around the house.
