I've been practicing Tarot reading for a while and I thought it would be cool to offer readings here. I would call myself an intermediate Tarot reader, I'm no pro. This is just for fun, you shouldn't take it seriously. Even if you do believe the Tarot does what it's purported to (in fact, I believe it does), an internet forum is a poor medium for it. In a real sit-down Tarot reading session, the reader and the querant have a lot of back and forth and work together to interpret the cards. But in this case, you will ask me a question, I will read the Tarot and provide what I believe its answer is. We won't get that valuable back-and-forth (feel free to ask follow-up questions but it's still not the same as working together face to face). Anyway, just had to get those disclaimers out of the way. I will be using my favorite deck, the Shadowscapes Tarot deck! And generally I will use either a traditional 10 card Celtic Cross Spread or just a quick 3 card spread. I will decide which is better suited to your question. Generally big, broad questions are better answered by a Celtic Cross spread and little circumstantial questions can be answered just fine with three cards. I know a few other spreads and might use them occasionally, too. So you want to ask a question? Fill out the quick form below and either post it here or PM it to me! Now without further ado: I'm sorry to say the Tarot is telling a somewhat grim story here, but as always, there are ways out. It also appears to be talking about a very specific situation, which is surprising given how general your questiong was. Anyway, it looks like you came out of a dark time of turmoil and confusion not too long ago, and now you're working on some endeavor with some number of other people. One of these people has views and goals different from the rest, and this is putting stress on the group. Cracks are beginning to show, and you can see them, but you feel powerless to do anything about it. It's just not in your nature, for you are the nurturing and nonconfrontational type, and you are loathe to act contrary to your nature. You may even be afraid to think of the consequences of such inaction. But if things continue to go as they are, the endeavor is destined to fail, and that will be very painful for you. Does that sound like your situation at all? I actually had to get off the moment I read this - it was just shocking how accurate this is. Yes, I did indeed come out of a dark spiral that started a few years ago. It wasn't too great, but I managed to pull myself out. I did this only a few months ago. There is a particular group that I'm trying to help make all of our goals converge to make things work out well. It's pretty hard - especially with what you said, I do see multiple cracks and holes in it. I am afraid this won't work out. Yes, it is true, I'm more of one to nurture people back to health - I'm not once to use force to make things happen. It's actually very comforting to know that other people really see that I am a strong individual, though I think otherwise. I do tend to take the blame for just about anything, which really isn't healthy - the weight's practically crushing. I'll be taking the answer to heart - I shouldn't let bad results marr my life, I should pick myself up and keep moving forward.

So anyway, cards 1, 2, and 3 appear to be referring to your career. It looks like you're in a pretty fast-paced and demanding job, but you are adaptable and able to keep up with all of the juggling you have to do. You like your job and feel secure about it, and basically it looks like you fit in well and are in a great position career-wise. However, it looks like some sort of personal loss is pulling you down right now, some sort of emotional trauma, and you're in a bit of a rut because of it. No worries though, it is temporary, and soon you will regain faith in the future, which looks bright for you. Now, to answer the root question, there are too different options here, both of which would ultimately lead you to your goal. I'm getting the vibe here that you're single and contemplating staying that way for a while. If you remain single, you will be able to achieve your dream house, but only after you make some compromises and revise your conception of your dream house. I know what it is but I'll just have to make the best out of it. Everything is pretty much spot on, except I'm actually in a committed relationship. By the way folks, if you do two celtic cross spreads, do you know the likelihood of getting the exact same cards in the same order for both? It's about 1 in 5 quintillion. As for the reading, my sister worked as an interior designer. So yes, she did work at a job that required teamwork and planning, working with several other people constantly but she didn't like the job because the boss was a total bitch. I don't think my sister even wanted to have a job, she just wanted to party and have fun all the time and the job was her means to do that. She ended up losing the job because of constantly being late to work and I could tell that she had lost interest in it. It seems now as though she is trying to find a job to placate our father and because she has no money. Have you ever tried doing a completely cold reading for someone, without any details or even knowing their question? It's interesting that you mention partying and having fun, because that is the main feeling behind the Three of Cups card which came up in the hopes/fears/guidance position, position 9. I interpreted it as meaning a deeper or more personal connection than that, true friendship or such, because The World seemed to be suggesting that her goals are loftier than just partying and having fun. But if she thinks superficial partying and having fun is the path to the final enlightenment represented by The World, then that would explain well why the Three of Cups came up there instead of the Ace or Two of Cups, which are the cards more typically interpreted as representing a more personal or romantic connection. When someone doesn't have a question I use "What should I be aware of" as a default question. I am always afraid that having nothing to go on, I'll read the answer totally wrong. But, surprisingly, that's never been the result, somehow it seems to always work out. But it always helps to be able to have a two-way dialogue between reader and querent. I don't let people say "I'm thinking of my question but won't tell you". I ask that they either have a specific question or we will do a "what should I be aware of" reading and I do my best with the information I have (more is always better).
