I can't directly link you or tell you to get a cracked version but 98.989% of people with those programs got it free. It takes a couple Youtube searched for "Cinema 4D cracked" or After Effects cracked" and you may just find some people showing you how to get it at no cost. Just be sure to read the comments and make sure it is safe to download.
