      How to irritate an Atheist

The list is a bit lengthy, but I found a few to be humorously true.
      http://myweb.cableone.net/silentdave/how_t..._an_atheist.htm

The ones I can relate too:

1)Ask them why they are bitter against God.

      5) Insist that there is a God, and show them where in the Bible it says so.

      45) Insist that the Bible is meant to be taken literally -- all except that verse he just showed you.

      65) Talk about how you used to be a miserable, sinning, drug-abusing, alcoholic, sex-addicted, spouse-beating criminal until you found God.

      124) Say that evolution is not proven -- therefore the Bible is correct.

      159) Say that God believes in him, whether or not he believes in God.

      184) Insist that homosexuality is a choice.[/b]

      lmao those are funny

      40) Repeat something over and over, as if that made it true.

      41) Repeat something over and over, as if that made it true.

      42) Repeat something over and over, as if that made it true. [/b]

1)Ask them why they are bitter against God.
      Who said im bitter?

      5) Insist that there is a God, and show them where in the Bible it says so.
      What made the bible right?

      45) Insist that the Bible is meant to be taken literally -- all except that verse he just showed you.
i dont know what you are talking about

      65) Talk about how you used to be a miserable, sinning, drug-abusing, alcoholic, sex-addicted, spouse-beating criminal until you found God.
Oh really, where was he, and why was he hiding?

      124) Say that evolution is not proven -- therefore the Bible is correct.
The bible is not proven, and evolution has way more facts than a book does.

      159) Say that God believes in him, whether or not he believes in God.
      oh boy!

      184) Insist that homosexuality is a choice.
Try telling that to someone who has been teased and abused their whole life because of their sexual preference, are you trying to say that they put this upon themself?

I could slay these stupid questions all day, but I have better things to do.

Taking time to deal with them only means you were having fun.

I thought this was a great page, it's just as realistic as funny. Oh, how many of those answers annoyed me as I grew up!

Those would be awesome but I had to be committed overnight for observation after reading them. Seems attempting to hang myself with my shoelaces was a negative thing...

You really shouldn't expose logical people to all of those in one sitting! It can be hazardous!

      -----

How to annoy a Christian? It depends. If they're quiet people who keep it to themselves - shame on you! Leave them alone!

Oh - you were talking about the zealots? Not just Christian, but of any scam, errr, faith:

Simply apply basic logic and reasoning until their head explodes. Those who prepare in advance will have foul weather gear and a plastic tarp. Kinda like going to an old Galligher show...

      Thanks!

I came here whilst doing due-diligence on building my own REM detector. The other products I'd seen were consumer toys whereas I wanted tools. A google search directed me to Placebo's thread on the subject in the Research forum.

I've frequently been compared to Ebola though. Once I find a climate I can adapt to and I move in, you'll see people frequently bleeding from the eyes and pores as their insides turn to mush. I'm really kinda tough to get rid of, generally you need to burn the place to the ground and quarantine the land for the next thousand years, and I'm kinda obnoxious.

On the plus side - it's amusing to watch and it's great for population control.

Really no more disturbing than you likening yourself to Ebola

The list was funny. Because it was having a go at illogic.

It worries me how people only see two choices. Like your a bible basher or an Atheist.
wtf? They are both extremist point of views. The truth eludes both of them. I don't understand why people are so illogical.

huh? well I totally misunderstood the definition of atheist then... i thought they were people who didnt subject themselves to others believes, but after actually thinking about it, i got it... boy am i dumb.

im not gonna say im atheist anymore because ive found they seem to be looked upon as a negative group of people.

Yeah, those applying logic are always looked upon negatively by everyone. The sheeple who can't believe these people are making waves. The scammers who can't believe these people are making waves. And the idiots who can't understand any of the concepts of people, waves, or scams.
