Normaly I meditate VERY rarely, but lately I've decided I to get serious about it. I just meditated seriously for the second time of my life, and I held it for about 25 minutes with ease! I'm pretty sure I could've kept going, if I wanted to. I had the same results at my first try, and in every tutorial I've read, they said that you should start out easy, and just try to hold it for 5 min. So, my question is: was I just born to meditate? Because, I find it very easy to be in that state. |
