I've just discovered this thing called Google talk, and it's telling me i can make free phone calls.
What's all that about?
I've never heard of something like that...sounds too good to be true...but really, really useful.

Google talk is just like Skype, or MSN voicechat, or Qnext Video Conferencing.
They're all free but can only dial to other people's computers not to real phones. If you pay a small fee with Skype however, you can make calls to real phones anywhere in the world.
Essentally, Google's just trying to catch up with everyone else with the Internet voice chatting.
I'd still suggest using Qnext though, it's still the best IM/P2P/Chat program out now.
Qnext? Never heard of itQuote:

I'm gonna go check them out
I've been using skype for a while now and it's been great. You can dial out to 'real' phones and set up numbers in various countries for people to call you too!
