Gaming computer specs

I am a noob when it comes to computers but i just bought my first gaming PC. I am having it built at the moment. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about specs and could tell me what i will be able to get out of the computer when it comes. I want to play minecraft, gmod and some horror games :)

AMD Processor - AMD Athlon x4 760K 3.8GHz (Quad Core)
CPU Cooling - Standard Heatsink
AMD Motherboard - FM2 Chipset Motherboard
Memory - 8GB (1x8GB) DDR3 1600MHz
Primary Hard Drive - 2TB 7200 RPM
Secondary Hard Drive - None
Optical Drive - DVD Writer
Graphics Card - Nvidia Geforce GTX 760 2GB
Power Supply - EVGA 500 Watt Power Supply
Operating System - Windows 8.1 64 Bit

I am not an expert, but with those specs you can play any game. Most at their highest settings. Minecraft does not need a gaming PC to begin with. You will have to hunt for any game that would tax that system. Merry X-mas, indeed. Congrats.
