Thread: How you have dealt with Lust?

Since I've started lucid dreaming this is probably the first waking life issue that lucid dreaming has helped with. Typically, within the first 10-20 lucid dreams, dreamers (especially male) will become lucid and immediately chase the first piece of tail that comes their way. Why? Because it's easy and there are no consequences.

With practice one can resist/accept this lust without acting on it (not to mention that for many it loses it's appeal). Practice within lucid dreaming transfers to waking life (think public speaking, athletic rehearsal, etc.) so if you can conquer your lucid within your dreams you can conquer it out of them also!

This is no guarantee . In fact, it can get your mind focusing on sex and thus result in incubating sex dreams.

My hormones man... I get sex dreams all the time whether I am thinking about sex or not, whether I am lucid or not xD I'm 21 years old and I feel like I'm through a second puberty

[Shrugs] Lust to me is like Red to a blind person.

But to give productive feedback: try Risperidone.

Takes experience. Gotta realise every beautiful girl isn't someone you have a connection with. Personality is so much more important. And even if you really like them, they may not like you so you just gotta accept that and realise there are other people.
