Well, I think I got it all but one character -- I don't know what the "O" stands for. I put a question mark there -- it could be either a "D" or an "F", but neither makes much sense to me.

Hey, how do you decipher this stuff??

You look for the most common letter, which you know must be E, the most common letter in the english alphabet ( I think, I'm not sure what it is), and then you know that the second most common letter is 'i' (or whatever the second most common letter happens to be), etc etc and after a few you can start to decipher quite quickly, looking for simple three letter words, (the) etc... and from there you can just use common sense to work out what words makes sense etc.

Sometimes the "most common letter" approach will work, but it wouldn't have worked here, because in this example "a" appears more often than "e".

In this case, I took a look at the last line. The line ended with a word with a double letter in it, which is repeated, and the two instances are separated by a two-letter word. The first phrase I thought of that would fit was "all in all" (which would be appropriate for the end of a phrase) -- and looking at the rest of it, that made sense, since the previous line contained a word that would end with the letters "all". The first thing I thought of was "small", and again, that seemed to fit.
