Anyone from Italy?
Hi!
The question by "dream walker" (see the topic "Looking for people in my Area --> Switzerland" ) preceded mine: how to search a lucid dreamer belonging to a given geographic area? I tried with the "members" page - thanks to a suggestion by inflamez in the same thread - but it is not so easy to find people from a given country.
So, here's my call for Italian lucid dreamers! Is there any Italian here? I don't mean of Italian lineage: that would be too many :)
Ciao!

I plan on proposing to my girlfriend in Italy. Are there any romantic insider spots I should know about to pop the question at?

Somewhere rural/small, all the large Italian cities are very touristic and unromantic (Venice being the worst).
Actually now that I think about it one of my favourite spots there was San Marino.

Very cool thanks I'll check it out!

Oh come on People. Florence is a large city, but the center of the town is really awesome and could be romantic! Venice might smell a little bad, and the coffee can be a little pricey, but it's worth a visit. But what i really recommend you is visiting Umbria/Toscana. Plenty of nice litlle villages around. Awesome food, really awesome wine, awesome landscape, awesome history, awesome art! Go to Siena, Montepulciano, Assisi, Perugia, San Gimignano, Norcia, Narni, Spello and you'll see!

Thanks pollen I'll investigate those too! You've given me lots to research.
I've noticed many vacation packages have rental cars that you can get as part of a package to explore areas yourself. Would this be a good idea or will I be hopelessly lost as an American driver on Italian streets?

Nah. You would be lost if you were to go to Ireland, England or Malta. But in Italy, as long as you have a Tomtom or something like that you should be fine!
