This is awesome man, I've toyed with the idea of going vegan, but when I tried, I was pretty much limited to nuts and fruit. I'm so used to cooking with meat and dairy I just didn't know how to proceed. My biggest problem is I hate tomato. I can't have dishes that are overpowering with tomato.

I gotta try some of your dishes, it would be a good start to get me back on the road. Not now, but soon perhaps.
