Nutrition Euphorias?
Does anyone have them?
I feel like the nutrition is the most underrated tool in spiritual development. No one ever seems to make it a big focus or anything. I don't know of anyone that had similar experiences with eating proper foods. Or exercise. Has anyone else had buzzes and glowing feelings from eating foods.
When I dietize to have mental awesomeness, I buzz from health. It's awesome.
Now mostly you can have foodgasms/euphorias by eating things in combination with eachother but some of the most important are.
Edamame (soybeans), lean white meats (chicken breast, turkey), fish, lots of fish. Tea, green, jasmine, turmeric. Tons of veggies!!! Spinach leaves, wheat grass, broccoli, kale, any kind of raw leaf or seeded green veggie is really important. And key supplements, B 100s, omegas, multi, E, Selenium, brain stuffs. The most important thing is using these in the right proportion, and making sure you get enough basic calories (fats, carbs, protein). The diet itself is somewhat lacking in fat and carbs if you are an active person.
Anyways, the affects mentally are tremendous. To give you an idea. I play chess over the internet, and my score averages around 1300 points. A grand master is in the 2000 point range. I boosted my score up to 1650, and then averaged out at 1500. I know it's hard for yall to empathize, cause it's just chess and all. But I guess the truth is behaviorally, it will buzz you brain with clearness.
And even an occasional euphoria. Just a little vibrational tingle of happiness. I'm talking about brain tingles.
My real question is:
Can anyone else in here share my experience?
I feel like hardly anyone knows about the benefits of real mental nutrition. It is never given enough focus in spiritual development. But really it's what people should start with. Foundationize. Brain food is an amazing, really unexplored area, that few people are educated enough in!!! Wickeeed

Nutrition, definetly overlooked and i can agree with you all the way. It's one of those areas of life that requires that constant annoying effort, which i think why it isn't seen as a golden part of who we are. Then agin on the flip side, it's easy to think "it's just food".
Im similar to you, except instead of brain food i go for muscle food. So stuff like tuna, chicken, red meat, eggs, milk, protein powder and bread are all essential. For your lack of fats, flaxseed oil or omega oil, they are excellent sources of fats that your body can't produce naturally. Omega 3 is high in foods such as tuna and sardines, which again are good for your brain ;)
Calorie countin'g, hmm wouldnt worry too much but eating times are important.
Im always paranoid that my body is going catabolic, eating away weeks of work. So eating before hunger strikes is the key.

Cool ! I'm obsessed with nutrition and exercise. I eat only organic vegetarian,
with the occasional sushi binge. I don't get the euphoria, though I'm always
energized and mentally keen . My general health and muscle quality has improved
alot with my strict diet. I also take supplements to make up for what I don't get in my meals. Definitely add Magnesium and Amino Acids to your list of supplements.
Especially an Arginine/Ornithine complex for muscle development.
What about Homeopathic remedies vs. Traditional Pharmaceuticals ?

honestly man, its hard to side with science or that natural crap nowdays, although u cant beat some of the new supplements coming out
i suggest a zinc/vitamin c and l-glutamine intake if u want good muscle restoration

I was able to ditch all my pharmaceutical prescriptions for my asthma
and allergies by switching to homeopathic remedies so I've got
good reason to have faith in at least some of them. Seriously, try the
arginine/ornithine complex. Vascularity, muscle growth and fat loss.
Creatine also for mass. Good Luck !
