Oh and has anyone seen the movie the Butterfly Effect? Something tells me that movies about dreams or some sort. We were thinking about going to see it tomorrow but My Fiancee's one of those scarry types. You all know the type.
My girlfriends the scary typed. I got my girlfriend to see final destination with me becuase i told her it was about this girl who was a shopaholic who eventually became cured. Sucker!
Big Fish truly is an amazing and very moving masterpiece. I loved every second of it.
the term butterfly effect has to do with miniscule actions having profound repercussions. maybe you know that already...i dunno. regardless, i believe there's some sort of time travel in the movie, and the butterfly effect comes into play.Quote:

I might be the only one here but I really did not enjoy big fish at all. I found it to be a waste of my money.
yeah butterfly effect was a good story... but that was about it. i didn't like anything other than the story. ashton should stick with that 70's show. :?
is the story worth $7.50?
no :?
i also hated Big Fish...was very boring and pointless...i mean i understand what it was about an all, but frankly i dont care what some guy thinks of his dad...he was a very un-appealling character

ah dude, you guys are TRIPPIN! big fish kicks ass
One of the twins that works for my dad said she left 40 minutes into it, cause she was bored.
So what i've gathered is that you LOVE it or HATE it.
i'm still gunna see it though
movies have to be pretty intensely boring for me to ever actually find them "boring." i think i'm one of the few who loved THE POSTMAN.
'k bye
I loved the postman... that was great. I thought it was just me too...
i wouldnt leave a movie that i paid for, even if it was boring... i paid fuckin money for that! and i snuck into big fish and still didnt leave because it was so great.
Thats exactly what I was thinking(except for the sneaking in part)Quote:

Big Fish was wonderful. I know most people wouldn't like it though, it had no clear structure (just drifted along, I love that though) and was quite mysterious and sentimental... but I loved it
