I don't type for accuracy as much any more. I used to when I took "Personal Computers" (because I had to) when I was a freshman in high school. My best score was 93 wpm with 3 errors. I also won two typing contests by a long shot. I bet I could get up to 100 if I practiced... but that's just me. Oh, the way I learned to type fast was by playing a game involving blowing up other tanks while driving around my own. If you wanted to chat, you typed fast or you died.

You guys are all really fast, touch typing must be really handy for this. lol got about 50 wpm. Only use my middle fingers to hit keys and thumbs for the space bar.

Yes my accuracy is about as good as the rear end of a cow, but keep in mind the net speed is your actual speed (gross) with fucked-up words deducted. So, yeah. HA. Sorry the image is so big, I was just pretty sure that at some point someone would accuse me of cheating or something if I just copied the text so I included a screenshot (and the Dreamviews firefox tabs) for the best evidence I could possibly come up with.

That's why this test is only relevant to touch typing, and the fact that ones memory plays such a huge role in organising the words just throws a huge variable in, but oh well
