Thank you OB!!! How thoughtful of you. When it becomes America Day. I hope it burns.
I have to aplaud that aboriginal guy for burning the Australian flag yesterday however. They deserve that. The majority of Australians are just as stupid as the white men who invaded the country in the first place. As a result the government is even more oppressive over here than in America.
It's really something to celebrate about . Not
The country will fall and it will fall really hard. After a time people will live upon it again that are mature enough to actually live without destroying themself. The damage they left will remind them of a time when people were lazy selfish and ignorant. And much contempt and pity will be held towards the people in that day.
Like I have said before. Heres a clue. In the future, they don't like you very much.
geFILTE fish
looks like somebody woke up on the wrong side of their period this morning
no beers for you :nono:
Hey don't get me wrong. I'm perfectly content with those that are not worthless. :D
That's why I don't like Australia Day... it really makes me wince when I see eveyrone on tv celebrating Aus Day and waving flags etc... waving flags is not Australian.
Majority of Austrlalians are just as stupid as the white men that invaded the place? Well thanks I guess, everyone has their viewpoint and your'e more than welcome to express it. I do reckon Aus has an identity problem though - we seem to hire Aboriginals to do tribal dances etc at important events, and when they're done just leave their communities to rot in the middle of nowhere.
The whole celebration Aus Day (the day the white fellahs rocked up in their ships to Sydney harbour or something) is in itself a little twisted. Celebrating the day when we jumped off a ship and stabbed a flag into the ground isn't the most... tasteful representation of Australia, and is only really celebrating the Ango-Saxon past of Australia. Why not celebrate Federation or something like that? ANZAC Day is by far the true 'Australia Day' anyway.
Lol let this be a lesson, Ophelia... never ask an Ausralian about national pride, nobody can agree on what Australia is in the first place... :D Besides, everyone knows the only good thing about Aus Day is getting parro at the cricket.
you know, I'm not all too proud of how America was 'conquered' as it were, but I certainly don't get offended when someone says Happy 4th, I just chill and throw back a few with the rest of them
no one here is pressuring you to be patriotic, relaaaaaaaaaaaaaaax ;)
Well said Roller.
ok I was exagerating. Not all australians are this dumb.Quote:
