I'm in my first year of philosophy in Calgary but am considering to go to UBC or Uof Vic to finish the program. Alberta is pretty lame compared to the beautiful BC coast.
I get a lot of mixed respones though when I tell people that I am studying philosophy....What job does that get you? Why the hell would you do that? $$$? Shouldn't you go in oil and gas? Bahhh.. People. It's true that I might be picking up bottles, but I know I'll get a lot out of it.
In the fall, I am going to be attending Berea College, KY to study English.

Philosophy is a great major if you want to go to law school. I'm probably doing the Philosophy track in my Psych major.Quote:
