for those of you who dont know, Lost Soul has been really sick recently, and it seemed nobody noticed, so im starting this thread as a 'get well LS thread' kinda like us all sending you getwell cards, only without knowing her adress ^^...anyway...

i wish i had seen this earlier. i searched and searched for some cute things but to no avail. so you can have my dog. his name is khalidy. he just likes to sleep and eat... i've even caught him doing both. -- so yes, he's yours for the day lost soul. i hope you get well soon.

I remember her saying something about that. I thought it might have been a little head cold or something, not a full blown "I feel like i'm gonna die" illness.

I'm much better today than I have been. I haven't talked about it much except to Seeker and Lucius (who I talk to on YIM almost daily). To make a long story short, whatever it was came suddenly (they think...) or else it crept up on me slowly and then hit me suddenly. The doctors told me that if my dad hadn't taken me to the hospital when he did, there was a 90% chance that I would have been dead the next day. If I had been alive the next day, I would most definately have passed out and my innards would have shut down... I wasn't going to tell anyone this, but I was scared... like, really scared. It hit my body really hard and it seemed to come out of nowhere. Suddenly, I was in the hospital and they stuck me with IVs... and that was scary enough! I'd never had an IV before. They pumped a bunch of stuff in me and I was awake, then asleep, then awake, then asleep, then awake again. I can barely remember what was real and what wasn't. My dad stayed with me all night and I swear I saw more grey in his beard than there was when we went in. I know we talked and joked and stuff, but I don't remember what about. Everything happened so quickly, and even all my dreams (I guess they were dreams) flashed by so fast that I'm still trying to sort them out in my journal now. It all happened so fast... and we still don't really know what exactly caused the attack.

Anyway, I'm rambling I guess. Thank you guys so much. I'm sorry if I've been a bitch lately... I know it's no excuse, but I'm just so tired and my mind is still a bit cloudy and it seems like everything--even the smallest things--are exhausting me even more. Like I said in the Mod forum: I'm sure I'll be back to my chipper and neutral self pretty soon. But thank you everyone. You don't know how much this means to me. You guys rule, only more.

From what you described...did it seem like a dream, like you weren't in the waking reality and dreaming reality...but inbetween. It does for me when i am really sick, but i have never been THAT sick.

I am. And I feel even better today. So much has gone through my mind since coming home from the hospital. Some of it hasn't made sense, but a lot of it has been crystal clear and rather profound. I realized that there is so much I want to do before I keel over. I want to skydive. I want to join a gym and have a sexy body for the first time in my life. I want to travel, see more of my country and the world. I want to see space with these eyes... I don't know how I'd manage that, but it's something I want to do. I want Serinanth to finally take those damn pictures of me!

I want something of me--something of this life, like those pictures--left behind when I die. I want to meet people. I want to smile more. I want to have a child. I want to taste love one more time. I want to kiss my twin flame one more time. I have hope that we can be together in another life... He doesn't see me as I see him, and it used to hurt me deeply. It still hurts, but now it's not so bad. I just want him to be happy and I'm not going to torture myself for him anymore because although it was unfair, it can't be changed. He told me he's in no rush. He's just drifting through life, but he's happy. I'm in no rush either, but everything happened so fast... I was sick and then suddenly I was in danger of dying? Trust me when I say that puts your life in perspective for you. I still have too much to do. I want to dance through a grassy meadow in my bare feet. I want to touch the Goddess. I want to fly a kite... do you people know that I've never flown a kite before? I want to be a child for a little while... I never had that.

I'm rambling now and you probably all think I'm a big retard... Soooo I think it's time for this sick little girl to catch a nap. I've got to work tonight anyway.

At least I'm on super light duty. That's a positive.
