      daylight savings time

      i wish someone would've told me that europe changes at a different time than the usa. today has been the most confusing day full of (one) missed appointment. for a long time i thought i was dreaming..

      I got really confused yesterday too. I thought my phone (which averages at about 15 mintues fast) had finally kicked the bucket and gone haywire.

      But no, a check on a time website revealed the truth; DST.

      What do you mean they are stopping it here?

      Yeah, what is this about stopping it? I wish they would. Right now, my German counterparts are 7 hours ahead of me. It was bad enough when it was only 6!

      Actually I kind of like it. Now it stays light longer in the evening. It saves power, and it basicly gives you more sunlight thoughout the day.

      And once a year you have an extra hour of sleep. (ok and one day you have 1 hour less)
